Subject: Senior Pen Pal Assignment
It’s been three days since I sent my initial email, and I have yet to receive a response from you.
I double and triple checked I was sending it to the correct address.
My other classmates have told me they’ve been corresponding with their partners already.
I even ran it by my homeroom teacher, just in case any other senior homeroom classes haven’t started their assignment just yet, but they assured me everyone was given the instruction at the same time and that you’ve opened my email.
Apparently, they can see that information on their end.
The entire senior class is working on this assignment at this point.
I know we aren’t supposed to share any personal details, but I don’t feel I’m crossing the line when I say this: I need this grade. I need it if I have any hope of getting into my dream school. I really, really need this. Please don’t jeopardize my chances because you’re the type to procrastinate.
