Chapter 31
*~* Jamie *~*
Idon’t know what’s brought it on, but I can’t get enough sex lately.
It just seems as though every time Fury says or does something, I want to jump his bones.
I don’t know if it’s my body clock ticking away or if I have a hormone imbalance, but I’m becoming a slave to his dick.
Just sitting at my desk I’m having fantasies of him taking me right here right now. I need to get a grip. Mmm, yes.
Jumping up from my chair, I head out to speak with Molly. Maybe having a chat about work will take my mind off his ten-inch pork sword. Oh.My.God!
“Molly. What are you up to?” I ask as I burst into her office.
“I’m just going over next month's schedules and checking for any extra coverage we might need for holidays and stuff. Why? What’s the matter with you? You’re so red in the face, are you burning up or something? Come, sit down.” Molly looks at me with genuine concern.
Pushing the door shut behind me, I slip into one of her chairs and sigh.
“I think I have a problem. I don’t know if it’s hormonal or ‘whore moanal’.
I’m turning into a raving slut. A nymphomaniac.
I jump his bones at every opportunity and even think about it at inopportune moments.
I don’t know what’s wrong with me, Molly. ”
“Is that all? Have you been talking about having kids, too?” Molly is trying not to burst out laughing, I can tell.
“Only once. He wants four kids. I’ve got no issues with that.”
“This is all just natural, Jamie. I don’t know what you think is wrong, but I don’t see an issue here.
You’re in a more stable relationship than ever.
You know that, and obviously so does your body.
You’re okay with getting pregnant, even if it’s an accident, so you have no anxiety issues.
Just lay back and enjoy it, why don’t you? ”
“I don’t even lay back, for Christ’s sake.
I not only instigate every intimate moment we have, I damn near rip his clothes off.
He told me to take it easy the other night because I raked my teeth over his dick and almost circumcised him!
That’s not normal behavior for me.” I go bright red as I realize what I’ve just divulged, but I needn’t have worried.
Molly is literally in hysterics at my confession.
As she tries to wipe the tears from her eyes, I start to laugh with her. We must have been making a lot of weird noises, as the door bursts open and Barbara rushes in.
“Are you two okay? I thought someone was strangling a cat in here,” she blurts out.
“Strangling a cat! Oh my!” Molly cracks up all over again, with fresh tears running down her cheeks. Seeing this, I laugh even harder and have to hold my sides because it hurts so much.
Shaking her head at us both, Barbara mutters, “What the fuck,” and turns to leave. Hearing her swear, which is something she never does, causes Molly and me to look at each other and laugh even harder, if that were possible.
It takes us several minutes to get back to some semblance of normality, and we are still gasping for breath, even then. Finally getting our breath back and wiping away the tears, Molly grins at me.
“So, you’ve become a hussy, have you? Well, I wouldn’t worry about it.
I was just the same when Breaker and I first got together.
It has calmed a little, but in private, we still go at it like rabbits.
Oh, and don’t be shocked when I say that Barbara has a thing for Cannon.
Ever since that day you brought Mateo in and Cannon carried Barbara out of the room, she looks at him like a god.
As far as she’s concerned he hung the moon just for her to enjoy it. ”
Feeling a little better about my sexual desires and my huge sexual appetite now I know Molly and Breaker are still at it, I return to my office and enjoy my little fantasies as I work my shift.
Fury picks me up at the end of the day, and as we drive home, I remember one of the fantasies I had. “Oh, what the hell,” I say out loud, and as he drives I unzip his pants to take him in my mouth. As he tries to complain I say, “ Shu-up-an-dwive!”
Sitting on the couch enjoying a movie, Fury damn near flinches every time I move. I find it highly amusing, so do it all the more.
“You know you stand a good chance of falling pregnant, even with precautions, at the rate we’re making love, don’t you?” This takes me by surprise as I didn’t think he’d be worried if I did. “I think we should get married before that happens,” he throws out there.
“Aren’t you supposed to ask me first? I think you’re going about this ass backward, my lover.” We only touched on the whole marriage thing when we were getting back together, and that was Whack’s doing. There’s been no discussion and certainly no proposal.
“I didn’t know you wanted me to propose. I don’t see us as a traditional couple, me being a biker and all. We haven’t exactly done the whole no sex before marriage, have we?”
“You have an excuse for everything, don’t you? I don’t need a traditional wedding per se, but I’m begging no man to get down on one knee.”
Fury stands and pulls me to my feet with him.
As I stand there, he drops to one knee and pulls a little box from his pocket.
Looking up at me, he says, “Jamie Grant, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife? Spend our lives together and have a bunch of kids, a house, a dog, and a white picket fence around the yard?”
“How long have you been planning this, you, you…?”
“Jamie. Focus on the question. Will you marry me? Yes or no?”
“Yes. Of course, yes. You’re an asshole, you know that don’t you?”
“A sexy, handsome asshole that loves you. Yes, I know that. Now, about the whole wedding thing. How do you want to do that? Big fancy thing, small intimate thing, or elope and just the two of us?”
“Take me to bed or lose me forever.” Quoting a movie line that somehow springs to mind. “Then we’ll talk about it.”
“Show me the way home, honey. Didn’t think I’d know that, did you?” Fury grins at me.
Scooping me up, bridal style, we head upstairs to bed, and I’m thankful for the stamina that Fury keeps finding for all our romps.
Not surprisingly, I’m late for work this morning. Molly hears me say hi to Barbara and calls me to her office before I can sneak by.
“Not like you to be late.” Of course, this has me blushing to my roots, and she knew what she was doing. “I won’t ask what kept you.” I stick my tongue out at her, and she winks back at me.
Once in my office, I sit behind my desk and just stare at the monitor screen without turning it on. “Molly! Get in here!”
Molly saunters in and flops into a chair. “I think it’s a great idea. We’d be neighbors and could keep popping in and out of each other's houses at all hours. You should definitely do it.”
“How do you do that? You know it freaks people out, don’t you? This mind-reading thing you have going on is downright spooky.” I look at her wide-eyed as I say this.
“It’s not as freaky as you think. I just know the people that I do it to very well is all.
Besides, you’re wearing a ring, so he proposed at last. Next step would be getting moved in together, and I don’t see you at the clubhouse full-time, so a house on the compound is the next logical step.
Four kids running around would be safe in the yard and with the rest of the compound to run riot in, hey presto. Not rocket science, my friend.”
“He did the whole down on one knee thing. It was fantastic. He made feel so special.”
“I’m sure he did. All night too, I bet. So, when’s the wedding and what sort of wedding are we having?
Traditional white, or a traditional biker, or are you sneaking off for a Vegas type of thing, maybe?
” I want a quiet wedding with just Fury and me, but how do I break that to Molly?
She’s become a good friend, and I don’t want to hurt her feelings.
“This is going to be difficult to say…”
“Jamie, if you want to have an intimate wedding with just the two of you, I get it. It’s your day, no one else’s.
I can be just as happy for you from a distance as by your side.
You do this for you and Fury, not for the MC or for friends.
Your day, your choice. If you need help with anything, just ask.
” She reaches across the desk and gives my hand a squeeze.
That takes all the tension out of my body, and I relax noticeably.
“Thank you, Molly. I don’t mind the brothers going nuts and having a party when we get back, but I didn’t want a fuss on the day.”
“So, any news on the baby-making front?”
“Jesus, Molly. Give us time to get married. I’m thoroughly enjoying all the practice, but the real thing needs to be after the house is built.
Which we haven’t even designed yet. I want a log cabin, he doesn’t care as long as it has a yard with a playground, both for him and the kids.
He wants an enormous garage and workshop, too.
It’s got to be at least five bedrooms, a huge eat-in kitchen.
Basement play area that can become a studio apartment maybe as the kids get older. ”
“That sounds like it could be a basement and three-story job. You’d need the top floor just so you and Fury could have your own space.” Molly could have hit on a good idea there. We could make the top floor almost its own apartment.
“I like the thought of that, especially as they get older and become troublesome teens.”
“Have you thought about what will happen with the practice while you're doing all this, Jamie? I don’t see how you can juggle everything and not have to drop something somewhere.” Molly brings me crashing back to earth with a bang.
“No, I haven’t thought it through fully yet. I’ll probably have to sell the practice, but that would be a heart-wrenching decision, I have to say.”
“You could sell part of it and become a silent partner? It has a solid enough reputation now that you could extend the building or better still, open a second practice elsewhere in town. There are plenty of empty buildings around that could easily be repurposed into a good-sized practice.” It seems Molly has given it more thought than I have, but she could certainly have something there.
I doubt we’d have any trouble filling the patient list of a second practice, but finding the doctors and nurses to staff it might be a headache, and I say as much.
“It might be a challenge, but I’m sure we could come up with an incentive package to drag their asses out of the big cities.
” Molly looks thoughtful for a few moments.
“Once you have built your new place, maybe rent your houses out at a discount for the first six months until new employees can get on the property ladder. The realtors around here would be falling over themselves to get new customers. I can hear them now with their sales patter. Fresh air, outdoor pursuits, space to spread their wings, and all that.” Molly has a look in her eye that tells me she’s holding back on something.
“Spit it out. Whatever it is, I’m sure it won’t shock me.” I wait for it, and it shocks me.
“Pattie began training as a dental nurse before she joined the club. She asked if I knew anywhere she might get a fresh start away from the club.”
“Ew. Can you imagine those hands near your mouth after the places they’ve been? I’m sorry, Molly, but that’s a gross thought.”
“Yeah, not as a dental technician, but she’d be fucking awesome as security. She wouldn’t take shit from anyone. Receptionist maybe, with a bit of coaching? I think she could be worth a thought if she’s still around at the right time.”
“I do feel I owe her something for taking that risk.” I do genuinely feel a debt to Pattie, I think to myself.
“Are you kidding me? She loved every minute of being you. She still walks around with a pretend shotgun, shooting at the brothers. It’s like an air guitar thing to her.
” Molly pretends to rack a shell into a pump-action shotgun, points it at me from her hip and shouts, ‘BANG!’ Blowing smoke from the end of the barrels, she heads out of the office, and I get back to staring at my screen.
