Gingerbread Grove's Yuletide Games

Avery makes Christmas wishes come true all year as head elf at C.

O. C. O. A., until a trip home from an elf convention leaves her single, stranded, and dressed as if she just left the North Pole.

Matthew, who has stayed away from Gingerbread Grove for nearly ten years, takes the last rental car after his flight is cancelled, and Avery charms her way into the five-hour drive through a snowstorm.

Back in his extravagantly festive hometown, she agrees to pretend she is his girlfriend for the Survivor-style Yuletide Games.

Her joy in the season he once loved pushes him past the Christmas traditions he now resists.

When rumours and buried secrets expose a darker side of the town, the contest endangers everything they have built, including feelings that are no longer fake.
