Chapter 19

Chapter Nineteen

Speedy walked into the clubhouse party, his hand on Violet’s waist. When he saw Violet in her tight jeans, hugging every luscious curve, and the flowy, V-neck shimmering top that highlighted his woman’s magnificent cleavage, he had to fight his instincts that wanted to say screw the party—let’s spend the evening in bed.

But his girl deserved everything, including hanging out with her new friends.

And if he had blue balls by the end of the night, then he’d deal with it.

“Oh my, Miss Violet. Please tell me you’ve decided to toss Speedy over and let me have a chance,” one of the twins that Speedy guessed was Finn, because although both were pranksters and charmers, Ben was a little more introverted.

“Although I appreciate the words, you had your chance before Speedy and I got together. You were too busy having a contest with your brother on how many women you could convince to date you at one time,” Violet replied.

Speedy chuckled. Oh, he adored seeing his woman let the words she’d always held back come out now. Besides being wonderful, she had quite the wit.

“Aww, I’m hurt. I’m not sure how I’ll survive,” he said.

“Probably by diving into loads and loads of pussy,” Violet said, grinning.

“And on that note, I’m going to go drown my sorrows in a beer,” Finn said, winking at Violet.

Speedy leaned close, breathing in Violet’s vanilla scent—the scent he now associated with his home.

“Proud of you,” he said, kissing her cheek. The blinding smile she gifted him was one he wanted to see on her face the rest of their lives.

Speedy led Violet over to a table with Beth, Flick, Emerson, Slice, and Faith.

“Have room for two more?” Speedy asked.

“Oh, Violet, you look gorgeous. I’m amazed Speedy didn’t say forget the party and keep you home,” Beth commented.

“Well, it was a close call, but my woman needs all the experiences with her friends her first Christmas at Bluff Creek,” Speedy said.

“Oh, good answer,” Faith replied.

“Can I have your attention?” War said, standing with his arm around Remi.

The room quieted until everyone was waiting for War.

“Christmas has been a special time for me since I was three. That was the year my mom accepted a job with Bluff Creek Brotherhood MC. When Roam and I came with our mom, we’d run out of food because our biological father was a bigamist. He died and we lost everything…

at least that’s what we thought when Mom loaded up the car.

“But instead, we got everything—a family where the brothers, who were all single, did everything to make it the best Christmas ever. And if Baron tries to blame Regina for all the animals here at Bluff Creek, just remind him who gave two boys their first dogs for Christmas,” War said, pausing for the laughter.

Baron was smiling, his arm around Regina.

“We grew up with a great life. We left for a while, and then I returned and found the love of my life in a fierce, amazing woman who taught me after a couple of bumps in the road, that loving a fierce, badass woman is the best kind of love.

“We’ve had so many changes over the years since Bear and I returned home, dragging Cannon and Flick with us. We’ve welcomed brothers and sisters to Bluff Creek. Friends have become family. The population explosion of kids is only rivaled by the animals we’ve added to the mix.

“And I take pride in Remi and me adding another fierce daughter to the Bluff Creek family this year. Remi, I am in awe of your strength.

“And let’s give a shout-out to Roam for knocking up Sprite for their seventh child. At this rate, you’re close to having your own baseball team. And we can’t forget Speedy and Violet with their little ones making our Christmas a little more lively,” War said.

Speedy hugged Violet, her cheeks blushing beautifully, but he could see how pleased she was to be a part of this new family.

“You’re still behind on children, War. Maybe you and Remi should get on the ball,” Regina said.

“Mom, I’m still ahead of Brew, who isn’t even here and still doesn’t have a woman.

But I know you all want to party, and we have a deadline from the babysitters at the daycare.

To the Originals who started it all. To the next generation who’ve taken up the mantle.

To the amazing Bluff Creek women and to all our new friends who have become family in such a short time. To Bluff Creek,” War yelled.

“To Bluff Creek,” Speedy yelled along with the crowd. Once it died down, he stood. “What drinks do you all want?” he asked.

Slice stood up. “I’ll help you.”

Violet giggled, listening to Brody and Gunner tease Beth about how the dogs really ruled the house and not Beth and Flick. Their table had grown bigger with more people hanging out with them. Tonight had been so much fun.

“Well, they are sweet, though, right?” Beth asked.

“Yes, most of the time. When Lilly can’t get to you guys, she has a habit of jumping on the bed, and if I don’t let her out, she jumps on my crotch, which does wake me up,” Gunner said, shaking his head.

Violet giggled along with everyone else.

“Man, it’s getting late. Violet, didn’t you say you were tired?” Frankie said.

Violet hid a grin. The girls were putting into play the idea they’d dreamed up to help her. She loved her friends and their meddling, especially if it made Speedy make a move.

“I am. Speedy, let’s head back to the house,” Violet said.

The perplexed look on his face would be funny if Violet weren’t so nervous.

“Of course, we can pick up the kids on the way home,” Speedy said.

“They will have just started the movie. Gunner and Brody challenged Flick and me to a pool tournament. The kids have to be picked up at 11:30. We’ll do that for you and bring them by,” Beth said.

No wonder Beth was so good at surveillance and at the bail bonds. She had Speedy believing it was a genuine offer and hadn’t been set up ahead of time.

“I appreciate it. Violet,” Speedy said, standing up and helping Violet up, keeping hold of her hand.

Violet relaxed, relieved that she wasn’t being put on the spot in front of everyone. Speedy led them outside and down the road back toward the house. The night was clear, crisp, and quiet except for the sounds coming from the clubhouse and the animals in the barn they passed.

Violet thought through all Beth and the girls had said about her relationship with Speedy. Maybe here, outside as they walked, was the best way to bring it up. She wouldn’t have to look directly at his face.

“I’m not tired,” Violet said softly.

“You’re not? Then why did Beth say you were?” Speedy asked.

Violet could feel his eyes on her as they passed buildings and some of the houses. It was hard for her to tell him everything, but she would.

“Because she knew I wanted time alone with you, and the girls said that I could tell you anything,” Violet replied.

Speedy paused, but Violet tugged his hand so he kept on walking.

“What do you need to tell me? Are you not happy? Did I rush you?” he asked.

She hated hearing the fear and concern in his voice. She took a deep breath and let it all out.

“Frankie said not to call you old because I shouldn’t emphasize the age gap.

Faith said ‘well-seasoned’ might be a better way to say it or ‘experienced.’ Beth said that I need to tell you what I want because you might be concerned about moving too fast or that I’m too young,” she said, pausing because they were in front of their house—the house she wanted forever with her and Speedy.

“What do you want?” Speedy asked, leading her up the steps and across the porch, opening the door for them.

She paused inside the house as Speedy closed the door. For this, she needed to be looking at him. When he turned, she let all the words she’d been holding inside come out.

“You’re my man. My person I can share everything with.

The one I want forever, and I can tell you anything, including that I want you so much I ache.

But I’m scared. I know you said I’m your woman, but I’m a lot of woman, and standing here in front of you—I hear my mom’s words saying my thighs and stomach are fat and that my breasts are too large and sag.

I know that’s not sexy, but the girls told me that you were my safe space and that I can tell you my hopes, dreams, and insecurities too,” she said, letting out a breath at finally getting the words out.

Speedy stepped closer, taking her hand to tug her flush against him.

“They were right. I’m your man and the person you can share everything with.

I know you hearing your mom’s words is something that won’t go away right away.

But these breasts,” he said, trailing his fingers down her cleavage to cup her breast, “will be where our babies will be nourished and where I will worship every curve. When our kids are scared or upset, they can lay their heads on your shoulder and be cuddled against these breasts that aren’t too large.

They’re the perfect size that makes my mouth water just thinking about seeing them unclothed and having them in my mouth. ”

Speedy stared into her eyes as he trailed his hand down her stomach and around to her butt, pulling her flush against him. His hardness poked her in the stomach.

“Do you feel that?” he asked.

She nodded.

“Nope, not good enough. Tell me the words. What do you feel against you?” he asked.

She licked her lips. “You.”

He chuckled. “My what?”

This was so hard. She didn’t want to call it a penis because romance books never called it that. Was his hardness good enough?

“You’re hard,” she said.

Speedy leaned close to her ear. “Yes, I’m hard for you, Violet.

My cock is hard enough to pound nails because every bit of blood inside my body is there.

And it’s there because I find you so incredibly sexy and hot.

It’s all I can do when you walk into the kitchen all sleep-rumpled not to kiss the daylights out of you and run my hands all over your breasts and butt.

Now, tell me what you want tonight. If you want to just explore, I’ll lick, suck, and explore every inch of your magnificent body until you’re shaking and calling my name—I’d love to.

If you want me to plant my cock inside your pussy so deep that we don’t know where I end and you begin, I’d love to do that too.

I’m in this forever, Violet. This is your show,” he said.

Violet stared at Speedy, this man who she’d never imagined would be hers. She’d spent entirely too much of her life believing the lies of her mother that she was too big and too fat. But with Speedy, she wanted it all, and she needed to tell him.

“I want it all. And although Beth’s picking up the kids at 11:30, she’s not delivering them to us until midnight. So, Speedy, you have two and a half hours to make me yours,” she said.

The huge grin that spread across his face told Violet all she needed to know.

“Well then, we need to get started. My given name is Deacon Kimble, but I’ve always gone by Deke. Call me Deke. Call me Speedy. I don’t care as long as you call me your man,” he said, swinging her up in his arms.

Oh my! She’d never dreamed she’d be carried down the hall to her bed.
