Chapter 9 #2
“I’m chilling, Makhai!” she snapped and shoved me some. I had her ass in height and weight so she didn’t move me, but I could tell she put all her little ass might into the push.
“Oh, we puttin’ our hands on each other now?”
“Why would you embarrass me like that?”
“How the fuck I embarrass you?” I frowned. “I just told Lord to watch his fuckin’ hand.”
“I’m an adult, Makhai,” she shook her head. “If I want to dance or touch someone, I can.”
“Got me fucked up if you think you gon’ be dancing and shit with a nigga, one of my niggas at that, and I’m just gon’ chill.” I chuckled. “We ‘bout to slide though. Come on.”
“Whatever, Makhai,” she bumped me when she passed me.
I just laughed the shit off and followed her, dapping the bro’s up and letting them know that I was out. Security had spotted us, so they got into formation and began escorting us out.
On the way, I had to go to the restroom, so I sent them on while I went the opposite way.
Security wanted to escort me, but I declined.
This part of the club wasn’t packed because the shit was closed off.
I handled my business once inside then washed my hands.
As soon as I exited, I ran into a lil’ nigga standing right outside of the shit mugging me.
“You wanna get the fuck up out my way or what?”
“You too far from home not to have security with you, ain’t you?”
“Nigga, that security shit for show. I’m a force by my mothafuckin’ self, believe that.” I looked him up and down. “Fuck you supposed to be?”
“That was my brother you set on fire, nigga.” His chest started to heave up and down.
I smirked, as my eyes landed on the small ass chain he was wearing. Shit was slim, but it looked legit, so I reached to snatch it before saying, “Fuck yo’ bitch ass brother.”
I pressed on past his hoe ass, praying his goofy ass jumped stupid with me. It had been some weeks since I put a nigga on his ass, so he’d be making my night for real if he wanted to get active.
I managed to successfully make it outside of the club because the hardheaded niggas that I’d asked to go on ahead were waiting for me. They made sure to quickly inform me that some of them stayed behind with my people to make sure they were straight.
“Damn, Lord, I figured yo’ ass would be gone.” Prynce said when I surfaced and he noticed me.
“That liquor was on me.” I chuckled. Jabari was standing with him, but their wives weren’t there, so I asked, “Where the hell my sisters?”
Jay chucked his head toward another black truck. “Already inside. This nigga wanted to smoke again.”
“Nigga, a hype.” I laughed but accepted the blunt from him.
“Who cheap ass necklace?” Prynce asked when he noticed it.
“Some nigga that tried to get macho when I was comin’ out the bathroom. His brother the one I roasted at the gas station.”
“Fuck ‘em,” Jay snickered.
“Hi, Makhai,” a familiar voice said from behind me.
“Makhai?” Prynce repeated, looking around me. “Baby gotta know you personally to call yo’ ass that shit.”
“We’re familiar.” I said, not taking my eyes off Diamond’s fine ass. “What’s up?”
“I just wanted to come and speak.” She dropped her head briefly then gave me her eyes again. I wanted to ask her what she was doing here and where the baby was, but I decided against it. Shit wasn’t my business anyway.
“Bitch, we are not going to act like that isn’t Jabari Hicks.” Her homegirl grabbed her arm. “Oh, my fucking God.”
“Stop, Kabria,” she elbowed her friend. “You work with celebrities all the time. Stop acting crazy.”
“I can still be excited, hoe,” she nudged Diamond back. “Hi, I’m Kabria Jacckson.” She stepped around me and extended her hand to Jay then P.
“What’s good.”
“What’s up.”
“I’m not going to fangirl or try to talk business with you two tonight, but I will be very soon Loco and Jabari.” Kabria eyed us both then looked at Prynce. “You too if you’re in any leagues or industries. I’m going back inside with Kia and Shantae, Diamond.”
We all laughed as she walked away then my attention was back on baby girl.
“You don’t need to stay out here by yourself.”
“I know, I’m going back inside. I just—I’m really sorry about the way I acted, Makhai. I’m super grateful for what you did for me and Keona. I was just—I don’t know. I was wrong.”
“I ain’t trippin’ on that shit, love. It’s water under the bridge,” I let her know.
“Loco…” the dancer from earlier came out calling my name, grabbing my attention and everyone else’s. “I went back to the section looking for you. They said you had left.”
My brows furrowed. “Okay?”
“Ah, hell, I’m out, Lord,” Prynce dapped me up.
“Me too.” Jabari laughed doing the same. I also nodded for the truck my cousin was in to go ahead and go. There was plenty of security left, so I was straight.
“I was waiting for your text.” Ol’ girl started up again, stepping to me like she didn’t see Diamond right there. “You said you were going to tell me where you wanted me to meet you.”
“Yeah, but you need to go wash and shit.” I frowned. “You been dancing all fucking night.”
“Wow.” Diamond chuckled and got ready to walk away, but for some reason I stopped her. She looked at my hand then me. “Let me go, Makhai. You need to handle…” she looked ol’ girl up and down, “whoever this is.”
“Man, I just met her in here tonight. She danced for me. I don’t know her, and she don’t fucking know me.” I found myself explaining.
The shit was new as fuck to me because I didn’t explain myself to no fucking body. For some reason I felt inclined to clear shit up to her ass though.
“Yet you’re going to meet her somewhere.” She scoffed. “Please let me go. I don’t want to hold you up.”
“How you got an attitude about this shit, but you got a newborn baby at home while you out at the fuckin’ club?” I frowned.
Her eyes narrowed even more before she successfully snatched away from me and stomped her fine ass back inside the club.
“It’s fine, baby, you don’t need her anyway. I have some fun planned for us tonight.” Ol’ girl said, hanging onto my arm again.
I roughly shook her ass up off of me. “Quit grabbin’ on me, Lord.” I peered down at her. “I’m ‘bout to grab a room at City Inn. You can meet me there, but you need to take yo’ ass to the crib and shower and shit first.”
“I showered inside, Loco,” she smiled. “I wouldn’t come to you if I wasn’t fresh.”
I eyed her for a few seconds before I nodded. I wasn’t really feeling her ass taking a shower in the strip club, but Kiss was nice as shit, so their showers would do. As long as the pussy was fresh, it didn’t make a difference to me. I was gon’ use a rubber anyway.
I didn’t wait for her to respond. I journeyed to my ride and burned rubber out of the parking lot once I was inside.
City Inn was just a few blocks from Kiss, so I had security go in and secure a room for me then I allowed them to retire for the night.
I was tired of looking up and seeing them anyway.
When I got to the room, the first thing I did was roll up then I shot ol’ girl a text with the room details.
I decided to move my car and smoke in it while I waited.
I didn’t want to have my shit parked in front of the room since the doors were outside.
While I waited and smoked, I busied myself on my phone.
I went to Diamond’s page right away and watched her story.
I did that shit more than I cared to admit because I was obsessed with her fucking face.
I scrolled her page, looking at all of her pictures and videos.
I even spotted the dancing ass nigga on there in a couple that I missed the first time I looked at her shit.
It could have been that I didn’t go back far enough, or the fact that I saw them arguing outside of the club tonight, but either way I saw him and didn’t like the fact that she still had pictures of them on her shit.
Ol’ girl was pulling up and parking by the time I finished my blunt, so I locked my phone and got ready to climb out of my whip but paused when I noticed another car come in and park a few spots down.
I waited to see if they’d get out, and when they didn’t, I laughed to myself.
Mothafuckas thought they were slick. I had a feeling when her ass didn’t rush here that some shit could be going on because she was too eager at first, but it took her ass damn near half an hour to come through.
I pulled my gun from my bag and twisted the silencer onto it before going ahead and getting out.
I walked cooly toward the room door where she was standing outside.
I reached around her to open the door and waited for her to enter then I followed her inside, hitting the light, purposely leaving the door unlocked.
Them niggas that thought they had one up on me had me fucked up if they thought I was ducking smoke.
“Finally,” she grinned, rubbing her hands up and down my chest. “I’ve been looking forward to this all night.”
“Fuck took so long?” I knocked her hands down. I was doing my best not to murder her snake ass just yet, but her touching me was making it hard not to.
“I—My boss stopped me when I went back inside,” her lying ass replied.
“Word.” I nodded, discreetly peeking out of the window to see if anyone had gotten out of that car yet. When I noticed they hadn’t, I turned my attention back to her. She was typing the fuck away. “You came up here to be on ya phone, or what? This dick ain’t gon’ suck itself.”
“Had to let the group chat know I made it.” She smiled, trying to sell her bullshit ass story by holding the phone up, but the shit was locked. I didn’t give a fuck though because I’d heard the car door close outside, so I was sure that she had texted to let them know to come up.
She closed the small amount of space between us then began to ease down on her knees.
I allowed her to start to fuck with the buckle of my belt while I slowly pulled my gun from my back.
The stupid bitch didn’t have any idea what was goin’ on until it was too late.
I had my shit in the center of her forehead before she could get to my zipper.
“How many niggas in that fuckin’ car?” I growled.
“I-I-what are y-you talking a-about?” she stammered.
I removed the safety from my shit. “Bitch don’t play with me. You seconds away from me paintin’ this wall with ya brain. How many mothafuckas comin’ up here?”
“T-two,” she cried. “They made me do it Loco. I didn’t want to do it. They said they were going to kill me if I didn’t,” she continued.
“Damn,” I said then pulled the trigger. I didn’t give a fuck what she was talking about. Her ass was gon’ die regardless for playing with me.
I hurried behind the door just in time because one of them was opening the shit.
As soon as I saw an arm enter, I slammed the door on it then snapped his shit.
He cried out trying to pull back, but I pulled him inside then decked him in the face with the butt of my gun.
The other nigga tried rushing me when he was in the room, but I quickly grabbed him and spun him around, putting him in the choke hold then blowing his brains out by sending a bullet through his temple.
Dropping his body at my feet, I stepped over him and yanked the other nigga up. He was wailing and crying like a bitch, holding onto his arm.
“You Crimson?” I asked the rhetorical question. I peeped the other niggas flag, but this one wasn’t wearing one. I did, however, notice he was wearing the same small ass chain I snatched off of the nigga at the club. “Who’s ya leader?”
“M-my arm,” he cried. “My shit broke.”
I bashed his ass in the face with my gun again. “Who you answer to nigga?”
“Space.” He whined like a hoe. “P-please don’t kill me man. I got a baby,” he begged.
Ignoring him, I snatched the phone that he was clutching out of his hand. His dumb ass didn’t have a code on the shit, so I unlocked it and went to the contacts. I searched for the name Space but came up short.
“What’s the niggas number?”
“I don’t got it.” He sniffled, pissing me off further.
I couldn’t fathom having a hoe ass nigga like him in our camp.
The niggas that represented our organization had dignity.
They knew what the possible outcomes of the lifestyle and were prepared to die a righteous man if they were rocking and standing for the L they wore around their necks.
“W-we usually talk to Slim. That’s his brother. ”
I did see a Slim, so after putting a bullet between his eyes to take him out of his misery, I went to his contact and dialed the number.
“Y’all got it done?” The nigga asked as soon as the call connected.
“Naw, Lord, these niggas failed miserably.” I laughed. “You gon’ have to pop out and do ya own dirty work it seems.”
“Who this? And where’s Cone and Rizz?”
“Gone on to glory, Lord. Where you at?”
“Fuck you!” he spat. “You don’t know who you fuckin’ with!”
“Apparently some bitch ass niggas.” I sighed, shaking my head.
“Y’all niggas thought you were gon’ catch me with my pants down, literally, and do what?
Kill me?” I laughed again. “You gotta come a lil’ harder than this.
Make the shit interesting because I eat lil’ niggas like the ones you sent for dinner. ”
“We gon’ kill you, Crim.” He sneered.
“This makes number two and three that don’ tried and failed,” I replied.
“But check it—you gon’ have to pop out, and whoever the fuck Space is because I’m already bored with playing with your foot soldiers.
If y’all don’t, I’m gon’ single handedly dismantle your entire weak ass organization.
Then when I’m done with them, I’m gon’ work on makin’ ya bloodline extinct.
Quit playin’ games, Slim Jim. If you as eager to die as the niggas you sent after me, come outside.
I ain’t hidin’ and I damn sure ain’t ever hard to find. ”
I disconnected the call after that then powered the phone off before pocketing it.
I was grateful as fuck that some of my people were in the city so that I could hit them for cleanup.
I didn’t feel like listening to K cry. Once I got confirmation that they were on the way, I bounced with no worries.
My Lords would make sure there wasn’t a trace of me being at the spot at all.
