Chapter 35 Buckle

BUCKLE

After a debriefing with the wolves, we head back home. Perry and Abel cuddle beside me in the truck. I wish I could hold them both right now, but I’m driving. I’ll have my men in my arms soon enough.

“Thank you for being there,” Abel says. “I don’t think I could have done that on my own.”

“You could have,” Perry says. “You’re so strong, sweetness. Don’t ever doubt that.”

I nod and squeeze the steering wheel. “You’re both so damn strong.”

Abel runs his hand along my arm. “You are, too. Now… I really don’t want to think about what we just went through, so I’m turning up the music and we’re all gonna sing along. Loudly. And badly.”

That makes me chuckle. He turns it to some pop station, but I don’t care. My mates dance in their seats as they belt out tunes for the next couple of hours. My ears ring by the time we get home, but everyone’s all smiles now.

“I think a shower is in order,” Perry says. “We need to wash off the stink of…”

“My family,” Abel grins and grabs his hands. “Their attitudes and superiority complexes smell so bad.”

They both run up the porch steps, waiting for me to unlock the door. My chipmunk keeps running around in my head. After so much excitement, he needs freedom. “What about we shift and play for a bit first?”

Without even answering, my mates shift and scurry away.

I chuckle and drop to my knees before letting my chipmunk take over.

Perry stops and chitters at me before he runs up a tree.

Abel circles our squirrel and calls out.

Neither Perry nor I are afraid of our hawk.

We know he won’t hurt us, but I should have said maybe no aerial theatrics before suggesting a play date.

I squeak when he grabs me in his talons and flies up, up, up.

I’m not scared this time, but I’m not sure I’m a fan of heights.

Abel flies through the trees before gently releasing me on a branch close to Perry’s squirrel box.

Abel cries out before doing a few acrobatics in the sky.

It’s as if all his cares just fell off him.

I love witnessing his carefree attitude. It’s beautiful. He’s beautiful.

Perry chirps and pats me on the chest before racing away. Looks like we’re playing tag. I chase him with Abel watching over us. Either Abel is afraid of hurting our pregnant Omega, or Perry’s squirrel is heavier than Abel can carry in his hawk form. I’ll have to remember to ask later.

By the time our animals are satisfied, the sun has gone down and we’re all exhausted and hungry and finally take a quick shower to wash off the day.

“We have leftover soup from the other day,” Abel says as he rubs a towel through his hair. “I can heat that up.”

I shake my head. “Babe, I think it’s a pizza and movie kinda night.”

He scrunches his face. “I’m happy to make something.”

Perry squeezes Abel’s shoulder. “I agree with Buckle. Pizza sounds divine. Easy clean up and no one has to cook.”

“Okay, if you’re sure,” Abel says.

“Positive.” I pull him in for a kiss and he melts into me so much we both laugh when he almost slides to the floor before I can catch him.

“That’s one hell of a kiss,” Perry says.

“Come ‘ere and I’ll show you how it’s done.” I stalk closer.

Perry turns the tables on me, though. He presses me into the wall and kisses my breath away. “That, my dear Alpha, is how it’s done.” He winks.

“I love both your kisses.” Abel’s so red and adorable when he turns down the hall.

“Come back here, sweetness. I haven’t tasted your lips in minutes.”

That makes Abel even redder. Our hawk grabs Perry by the towel around his waist and pulls him close. I’m not sure what he whispers on Perry’s lips, but the two grin before smashing their lips together.

“I’m so horny,” Abel whispers when they finally come up for air. I was beginning to wonder if I was gonna have to separate the two.

“Me too, babe. Me too.”

“Oh yeah. I think we could sneak something in before ordering.” Perry wiggles his brows. “Squirrels get ridiculously horny when they’re pregnant.”

Abel snorts, but then his gaze flicks to me, electric and hungry, and the next second he’s on his knees right on the living room carpet.

The man moves with a kind of grace and purpose that nearly floors me.

This is the same guy who, not mere hours ago, couldn’t look his own parents in the eye, and now his hands are sliding up Perry’s thighs, tender and sure, like he wants to memorize every contour before he goes any further.

Perry’s towel is the first casualty, puddling around his ankles as Abel pulls him closer, nuzzling against him, gentle at first.

I ditch my towel without ceremony. If Abel’s got something in mind, I’m not about to miss out. I watch as he mouths along the inside of Perry’s thigh, and Perry’s hands tangle in Abel’s hair, messy, still damp from the shower, dark against Perry’s pale skin.

Perry’s already trembling, little whimpers escaping him as Abel works him over, thorough and attentive, like he’s determined to wring every ounce of gratitude and pleasure out of this moment.

I step closer, hands itching to join the fray, but Abel catches my eye and shakes his head, silent and insistent. I obey. This is his show.

Perry gasps. His knees buckle and I steady him, arms around his waist, holding him up as Abel sucks him with single-minded devotion.

It doesn’t take long. Perry’s already too wound up, and his orgasm hits with a sharp cry. Abel keeps going, gentler now, licking Perry clean before finally sitting back on his heels, mouth glistening, the pride in his eyes almost as bright as the flush on his cheeks.

But Abel isn’t done. He turns to me, his hands on my thighs now, and the look he gives me is so open and raw that for a second I can’t breathe.

Then he’s got me in his mouth, all hot and wet and perfect, and I lose the thread of every coherent thought.

I tangle my hands in his hair, not guiding, just holding on, because the world has shrunk to the three of us and the warmth of Abel’s mouth, the squeeze of Perry’s arms around my chest as he supports me from behind.

Abel works me with the same kind of devotion he showed Perry, as if this is his offering, his thanks, his love made tangible.

He doesn’t need to do this. We already know.

It’s almost too much, but he doesn’t let up, not until I come hard, groaning his name. Abel swallows me down, every last drop, and when he pulls back his eyes are glassy with affection and maybe a little bit of awe.

He wipes his mouth with the back of his hand, and when I try to haul him up for a kiss, he grins. “How’d I do?” His voice is hoarse, but steady.

“So good, babe.”

We wrap Abel in a hug, sandwiching him between us. He buries his face in my shoulder, shuddering and laughing all at once, while Perry strokes his back in slow, gentle circles.

We stand here for a few minutes in a tangle of limbs, the air warm and heavy and perfect, before Perry finally breaks the silence. “Well, I think we’ve definitely worked up an appetite now.”

“Yeah,” I say. “Let’s order that pizza.”

Abel just grins and licks his lips, then fingers, and my cock tries to rally for another round. But I remember something I wanted to ask but keep getting distracted repeatedly. “Move in with me,” I blurt before I lose my courage.

Abel sucks in a breath. “Really?”

“I want it more than anything.” I nuzzle against his neck and breathe him in. He smells like sex and Abel. “Will you?”

He nods and we look to Perry.

“Of course. I want to be close to my guys. But I’m not selling my house. I think we can rent it out.”

“Sounds good to me.” I pull him close and scent him as well.

My chipmunk settles in my head as if that’s all he needed to be calm.
