He’s never met anyone like her. He knows instantly that she’s special.

She’s my stand in trainer and I’m not sure she’s going to be a fit. But it’s only for a few days, so I’ll manage.

And just my luck, it doesn’t take long for me to fall for her. Hard. Soon I’m seeing us playing with kids and a dog behind a white picket fence with the Rocky Mountains high in the background.

Before I can stop myself I invite her to dinner. To my surprise, she says yes. And later she says yes to a lot more.

But then I mess it all up. When you frighten the woman of your dreams, it’s unlikely she’ll give you a second chance.
