Chapter Twenty Eight Willow
Chapter Twenty Eight
Willow
“Oh my… Is this a bad time to say I never knew sex could be like that?” I can’t catch my breath.
I’m sweating and sticky all over and if Dragna wasn’t in the same state as me, I’d feel gross and demand that he put me down, but we both look as messy as each other.
He carries me into his office and places me on a comfy armchair. I’m completely dazed and I feel like I might actually pass out. Is this normal?
I barely register that Dragna has walked out to another room and when he comes back in I feel a hot cloth gliding between my thighs.
“What are you doing?” I ask, peering down at him.
“Shhh, just lay there and relax, I’m only cleaning you up.”
My brain is about to explode right now, because as if this man wasn’t already perfect enough, he fucks me like an animal and now he’s giving me aftercare?
In a moment of temporary insanity I wonder if I’m actually lying in a hospital bed in a coma and this is all just a dream that I’ll wake up from any minute now that it’s finally gotten good.
Dragna laughs and I lift my head looking at him again.
“No this is real moya dusha. Don’t panic.” He says.
Shit, I said that out loud. Yeah I’ve definitely lost it. His penis has magical powers and I’ve literally gone insane.
“Blyat’.” Dragna’s curse startles me and a jump a little before sitting up.
“What’s wrong?”
“You’re bleeding, did I hurt you? I’m so sorry.” He lifts me up off the armchair and sits himself down into it, cradling me on his lap.
“What? No? It’s been…” I hesitate, not wanting to sound inexperienced.
“Well, it’s been a while since I’ve done anything with someone. And what we just did, that’s definitely the first time I’ve ever done something like that.” I tell him and he pulls me closer to him, one arm around my waist and the other stroking my head that he’s now tucked under his chin.
“I should have been gentle.” He whispers.
“No, god no! Dragna believe me, I am not in any pain. Well, not a bad kind of pain anyways. Don’t feel bad.” I say as I turn my head to kiss his jaw. He angles his own head down to meet my lips and gives me a soft but passionate kiss that has me feeling dizzy all over again.
“You’re amazing.” I say against his lips and I feel him smile.
I pull away from him and rest my head on his shoulder, sighing contently as he strokes my hair.
“Not as amazing as you moya dusha.”
“What does that mean? I’ve never actually asked you.”
He inhales against my head before his hand cups my face and he turns me back to look at him again.
“I’ll tell you one day soon, if you’re lucky.” He teases, smiling softly but I feel like there’s pain in his eyes too. Something he wants to tell me but isn’t, and not just what the words mean.
“I could just Google it you know.” I say teasingly leaning up to give him a quick kiss before settling back down into his touch.
I feel extremely safe in his hold. It’s like his arms are the arms my body has always yearned to feel embraced by.
My therapist always talked about a calm nervous system, and I feel like this is what she meant.
This peace I feel right now, knowing Dragna will protect me, take care of me, bring me joy instead of worry.
He soothes me in a way I didn’t know was possible.
He chuckles and the feel of his chest rattling makes me smile.
“You won’t, you wouldn’t want to ruin the moment of me finally telling you myself.” He says through a yawn.
“Hmmm okay, you got me there.” I close my eyes and a yawn of my own escapes me. I settle against him, the two of just us enjoying the comfortable silence stretching between us.

“Willow, hey. Wake up.” A soft voice breaks through the sleepy haze I’m in and I open my eyes to see I’m still in Dragna’s office sprawled out in the giant armchair with a blanket over me.
“Oh my god, did we fall asleep?” I ask him as he kneels in front of me holding out a takeaway coffee cup.
“Did you really tuck me in and then wake me up with a coffee order? This really is heaven.” I laugh sitting up and taking the coffee from him.
“You fell asleep on me, and I didn’t want to wake you so I let you sleep for an hour before I realised you were really out cold.
You didn’t even flinch when I moved you to get up.
Which makes me even more glad you have the cameras installed and also why I should probably post outside your bedroom door every night despite them.
” He raises an eyebrow at me daring me to protest the fact I sleep like I’m dead.
“If you want to have a sleepover you can just ask. You don’t need to make up excuses you know.” I raise an eyebrow back at him.
“I’m a thirty four year old powerful businessman, please don’t say the word ‘sleepover’ like that at me again.” He pretends to be disgusted I even insinuated such a thing.
“But if you’re offering…” He adds with a smirk.
“At my house though, I think Alina might try to kill me in my sleep if I stayed at yours.”
“She is coming round to you again, it’s just going to take a while.”
Okay, it’s going to take a lonnnng while.
As much as she told me under no circumstances should I stop seeing Dragna when I told her I would end things with him, it’s also killing me knowing she’s uncomfortable when he’s there, so now we have been spending more time at his house rather than at my apartment.
“I can send Mikhail to your apartment to get you some clothes if Alina is home. Stay with me here and then we’ll go back to mine when the club closes.”
I debate going home myself but also I don’t want to move from this armchair, I don’t think my legs are working yet still after what we did earlier.
“I’ll text Ali now.”
I reach for my phone and the smile Dragna gives me at the fact I’m choosing to stay with him would melt my underwear off… if I was wearing any.
