Ch43 Where is my wife?! #3
His chest heaved violently as he looked at her, his voice raw with panic and a desperation he had never shown before.
"Did any of them touch you? Are you hurt anywhere? Tell me the absolute truth, Rivanya!"
Keeping her palms pressed flat against his thumping chest, Rivanya looked up into his wild, bloodshot eyes, her voice a soothing whisper against his chaos. "No, Rudraksh. Nothing happened to me. You arrived exactly on time... how could anything ever happen to me when you are here?"
Without waiting for another word, Rudraksh by passed all his rigid rules of restraint and pulled her back into his chest, holding her with an aggressive, protective force as if trying to shield her from the very air around them.
Rivanya wrapped her arms around his waist, clinging to him tightly, burying her face into his shirt.
There is a profound, unparalleled sense of safety a woman experiences when she is wrapped in the arms of the man she loves, and this beautiful, radiating warmth was something Rivanya was experiencing for the very first time in her life.
Meanwhile, sitting bruised on the cold marble floor, Alisha was shivering with pure, unadulterated jealousy and a blinding rage.
Her mind was entirely consumed by a toxic fixation: How could Rivanya end up with all of this?
To her, everything belonged to her the luxury, the absolute status, and Rudraksh himself.
Unable to accept that Rivanya had won his protection, she pushed herself up from the floor, grabbed a sharp, jagged shard of broken glass from the debris, and charged toward Rivanya like a lunatic, screaming frantically at the top of her lungs.
The assault happened with such terrifying, sudden velocity that Rivanya had absolutely no time to react.
She could only raise both her hands to shield her face from the incoming blow.
But before Alisha could step within an inch of her target, Rudraksh intercepted her mid-stride.
Driven by pure protective madness, he brought his hand back and delivered a brutal, thunderous slap straight across Alisha's face.
The strike was infinitely heavier than the one Rivanya had delivered earlier.
The violent echo of the slap reverberated through the cavernous hall, striking pure, paralyzing terror into the hearts of Shamita and Naresh.
The sheer mechanical force of Rudraksh's hand ruptured Alisha's eardrum, causing blood to instantly leak from her ear as she crashed heavily to the floor, knocked entirely unconscious.
The moment she collapsed, Shamita and Naresh let out a horrified cry, running forward to lift her limp body.
Sumitra wept hysterically, desperately trying to shake her unconscious daughter back to her senses, her hands covered in blood.
Even Rivanya flinched slightly, stepping back as she witnessed the terrifying magnitude of Rudraksh's lethal rage and the devastating state Alisha was left in. She had never seen him look this monstrously angry.
Grounded in his absolute fury, Rudraksh glared at them with bloodshot eyes, his jaw locking tight as he growled through gritted teeth, "You fell so incredibly low, Alisha Bedi, that you forced me to shatter my own principles today.
I have never raised my hand against a woman in my entire life, but your vile actions left me with no choice.
Listen to me, the three of you Rivanya is no longer an isolated target in this world.
Her husband, her shield, is standing firmly right beside her.
And hear me very carefully, Naresh Bedi...
if from this day forward, you or a single member of your pathetic family is ever seen anywhere near my wife, I swear upon
Maa Bhawani, your bodies will be dismantled so brutally that your remains won't even be found. I will deliver a death so slow and agonizing it will rewrite your nightmares.
Remember this. It is the unyielding word of a Rajput the word of
"Rana Rudraksh Vardhan."
Rudraksh's deafening, thunderous roar made Naresh Bedi tremble violently from head to toe.
He knew with absolute certainty that every single syllable coming out of Rudraksh's mouth was a binding reality.
Rudraksh possessed the dark power to erase their entire lineage from existence in a single afternoon.
But the fact that he hadn't pulled the trigger on them yet wasn't a mercy it was a far more terrifying sentence.
It meant that Naresh wasn't going to receive an easy, instantaneous death.
He was going to be left alive to wither away, suffering a slow, agonizing ruin day by day.
The sheer, paralyzing terror of his impending doom mirrored clearly in Naresh's wide, hollow eyes.
Rivanya kept staring at Rudraksh without breaking visual contact.
She found herself completely unable to decipher what was truly happening inside his heart.
A wave of confusion washed over her as she questioned whether he had actually begun to fall in love with her, or if all his protective actions were simply another forced part of his so-called responsibility.
At this exact juncture, it was entirely impossible for anyone to accurately predict the complex thoughts running through Rudraksh's mind.
Sensing her gaze, Rudraksh turned around to look back at Rivanya.
The very moment his eyes landed on her face, his intense rage dissolved instantly.
His sharp, intimidating gaze softened into something incredibly gentle.
It was a beautiful, contrasting phenomenon, as if the raging fire burning inside Rudraksh had suddenly encountered a soothing, extinguishing stream of water named Rivanya.
Rudraksh closed the distance between them, walked straight up to Rivanya, and grabbed her hand in a firm, protective grip. He looked at her and said, "Let's get out of here, Sugarplum."
However, just as Rudraksh began to lead her away from the chaotic scene, Rivanya suddenly spoke up. "Rudraksh, wait for just a single minute..."
Rudraksh stopped in his tracks and turned to look at her with deep bewilderment. His face was masked in utter confusion, his eyes silently questioning her as if asking what could possibly be the matter now.
Without giving an explanation, Rivanya deliberately released her grip on Rudraksh's hand.
She walked away from him, marching straight toward Naresh Bedi with absolute confidence.
Standing firmly in front of him, she spoke with cold precision.
"Naresh Bedi, I initially thought that since you have fallen so low in life, I would choose not to stoop down to your pathetic level. I genuinely did not want to bring this specific matter up. But the truth is, people like you will absolutely never change or reform your ways.
I have officially run completely out of pity and mercy for you. Therefore, you must vacate this entire mansion by tomorrow."
Hearing these unexpected words, Shamita and Naresh both stared at Rivanya in absolute shock.
Shamita, holding her trembling hand against her bleeding, injured neck, spoke up with a voice that sounded utterly empty and hollow.
"Vacate? Why on earth should we vacate? Does this house belong to your father? This mansion belongs entirely to my husband! Who do you think you are to order us to leave this house?"
Rivanya let out a cold, mocking smile. She took a deliberate step closer to Shamita, narrowing the distance between them as she delivered her reply.
"Well, it certainly does not belong to my father, but this house belongs entirely to my mother, Shamita. It seems your so-called husband completely forgot to mention to you that the Bedi Mansion is officially registered under my mother's name. Not only that,
but every single piece of property you people currently possess at least the parts that haven't gone completely bankrupt yet was given directly to my mother by my great-grandfather at the time of her wedding. This very mansion happens to be included in that inheritance. Therefore,
by that exact legal logic, after my mother's passing, all of these assets officially belong to me. Why? Because I am her one and only legal heir Rivanya Rudraksh Vardhan. So, looking at it from this perspective, I am officially denying you permission to live under this roof any longer.
Pack up your bags, gather your belongings, and get the hell out of here by tomorrow morning. And you better listen to me very carefully: if you ever dare to show your face in front of me again, or if you even attempt to approach anyone who is close to me,
you will pay for it with your life next time. Just mind it."
The moment these devastating words left Rivanya's mouth, a panicked Shamita turned her head in utter disbelief to look at Naresh.
Naresh was sitting there completely defeated, his head hung low in deep shame as he tried to support Alisha.
His silent, broken posture made the reality clear: everything Rivanya had just spoken was the absolute truth.
They were completely, utterly, and irreversibly ruined.
Rivanya turned her back on them. The sharp clicks of her heels echoed through the room as she walked back toward Rudraksh, a triumphant, wicked smirk playing beautifully on her face.
Rudraksh stood his ground, a matching, knowing smirk crossing his own features as his eyes remained entirely fixed on his fierce Sugarplum.
Upon reaching his side, Rivanya reached out and locked her hand tightly with his.
Holding each other with absolute certainty, the two of them turned around and walked out of the place together.
Rivanya pulled Rudraksh outside by his hand, but Rudraksh was completely lost in his own world, staring at her with a gentle smile on his face. When they reached the car and Rivanya noticed his completely spaced-out expression, she waved her hand directly in front of his face.
"Suniye? Kaha khoye ho aap? Where are you lost?" she asked.
Rudraksh snapped back to reality instantly and replied, "Nowhere at all. I am right here."
Rivanya glared at him suspiciously and countered, "No, no, you were definitely thinking about something. Come on, tell me, what was it?"
