Chapter Thirty-One
Lucy
While Nash’s mood has improved over the last couple of days, I can tell that he’s still stressed out.
Summer has been extremely busy for the guys, not only with their business, but working at my place as well.
The lines on his face and bags under his eyes show how hard he’s been working, so Ren and I have come up with the perfect plan.
A fun night out in one of the neighboring towns along with a nice hotel stay.
Cole took a little extra convincing to help with the plan until Ren and I both gave persuasive arguments in the bedroom.
I have a gut feeling that the guys are hiding something from me, but every time I bring it up, they say there’s nothing.
I’m hoping this night away will get everyone to relax a little and let loose.
The plan is to go to a nice dinner, hit a dive bar and then make it back to the hotel bed.
I’m sure the front desk agent thought I was crazy when I asked for two king beds to be pushed together in our room.
I thought I would be more embarrassed talking about the situation with the guys, but I’m not.
They each make me happy, and that is all that matters right now.
I quickly pack up my overnight bag and slip the black, lacy lingerie inside that I know the guys will love.
I take my bag out to the entryway and place it next to the others I packed for Nash and Cole.
Ren packed his own bag before leaving for work this morning, so I run to his room and grab it as well. Now all that’s left to do is wait.
When I hear the truck pull up the driveway, I can’t stop the smile that spreads from ear to ear.
Jumping up from the couch, I rush to the door and throw it open, stepping onto the porch.
Leaning against the railing, I watch as the guys get out of the truck.
Ren makes it to me first, picking me up and spinning me around with his mouth on mine.
He sets me down as Cole leans in and places a kiss on my cheek after Ren lets go of me.
Nash slowly makes his way up the porch stairs, and I wrap my arms around his waist and pull him close.
His arms circle around me, and he places a gentle kiss on the top of my head.
Without letting him go, I look up at him. “How was work today?”
He lets out a sigh before answering, “Hot. But the job at the Masons’ is finally done. Now I just have to get them on the schedule for upkeep.”
“Sounds like a pretty good day then,” I say with a smile. Nash grunts in return.
I’m still smiling up at him when he returns his gaze to mine. “What do you want, Darlin’?”
“You,” I say, causing a small smile to appear on his face. “I want you and the guys and me to have a good night.”
“Mmm.” The rumble from his chest warms my lower belly, and I highly debate leaving the house tonight until I remember it’s too late to cancel the hotel reservation. His hands rub up and down my arms.
“Go shower. We have plans,” I say playfully while I smack him on the ass.
Groaning, he rubs his hand down his face. “We do?”
“We sure do,” I say, giving him my biggest smile.
He shakes his head and walks through the front door. He doesn’t make it far before his voice rings out again. “Hey, Darlin’?”
“Yes, Nash?” I try to hide my giggles.
“Do our plans involve these bags sittin’ by the front door?”
“They sure do!” I say with a chuckle. “Go shower. We need to hit the road soon!”
Nash disappears inside the house muttering to himself, and I can’t help but feel excited for the night.
I apply the red stain to my lips and give myself a once-over in the hotel bathroom mirror.
The lingerie underneath my little black dress gives me the confidence boost I didn’t know I needed tonight.
The dress hugs my curves and ends mid thigh while the straps that sit on my shoulders connect to the square neckline.
I take one last look at myself in the mirror.
My raven-colored hair is in a clip with pieces falling around my face, and my black winged eyeliner went on perfectly.
I place the lipstick in my purse before leaving the bathroom.
I can hear the guys talking and laughing, but when I step back into the room, silence falls around us as they look over at me.
A blush creeps across my skin as they each take me in.
“Holy shit, Love,” Ren murmurs.
“You look beautiful, Darlin’,” Nash says with a smile.
Cole just stares at me with his eyes wide and his mouth open a little. Ren whacks him on the shoulder before he says anything.
“Damn, Rich Girl. Are you sure you want to leave the hotel room tonight?” He cocks his head to the side with a smirk.
I giggle to myself before really looking at them.
Ren is wearing his black jeans with a black t-shirt.
His hair is perfectly messy on his head.
Cole is wearing dark gray jeans and a maroon shirt, while Nash wears dark wash jeans and a hunter green tee.
Ren’s voice interrupts my daydream about ripping all of their clothes off.
“Earth to Lucy,” he says in a singsong tone.
Shit. How long was I staring?
“Huh?” I ask, shaking the thoughts away.
“He asked if you were ready to go, Darlin’? Our dinner reservation is soon.” Nash stands and takes a couple steps towards me.
“Yeah. Let’s get going.” My voice cracks, and I clear my throat while the guys make their way to the door. Ren stops beside me and leans in, but I stop him with my hand. “It’s too early to ruin this lipstick.” I give him a sly smirk before turning to follow Nash and Cole out of the room.
I hear Ren chuckle as he comes up behind me.
His hand grips my ass as his lips brush my ear.
“I’ll bet you’ll be begging for one of us to ruin it before we make it back to the room tonight.
” He gives my ass a little slap, causing me to stop.
He walks around me and catches up to Nash and Cole as I glare daggers into the back of his head and continue behind them.
Two can play that game.
Dinner was delicious. It was the best chicken alfredo I’ve ever had, and Ren won’t shut up about the meatballs in his spaghetti.
I have a feeling Ren told the other two about the bet he set in the hotel hallway since Nash has been playing footsie with me under the table and Cole’s fingers have been rubbing circles on my inner thigh causing my dress to ride up throughout dinner.
I shoot Ren a glare, but he just winks and smirks at me in return.
After paying for dinner, we head out for drinks and dancing.
Stepping into the place, we make our way to the bar and order a round of drinks. The country music blasts from the speakers as I watch couples on the dance floor. It’s been a long time since I’ve danced in a country bar, but the memories I have of it make me smile.
Ember and I walked through the door of a small country dive bar in northern Idaho she heard about through social media. There had been talks of a famous singer she is obsessed with doing a show, so she drug me states away from our home for the weekend.
“We need to have some fun in our lives!” she said.
She could always talk me into anything. The live cover band sounded incredible, and the DJ that filled in between their breaks played even more great songs.
What we didn’t know that night was that there were two special guests appearing, causing everyone to go crazy.
The drinks ended up being free thanks to the bartender Em had flirted with every time we got a round.
With the drinks flowing, we learned to line dance that night, and when the clock struck eleven pm, the chaos ensued as something called table dances started.
One minute we were dancing on the floor, and the next we were being pulled up onto the tables and yelling for free shots while the band sang about having friends in low places.
It was a wild night and turned out to be one of our favorite memories we still talk about to this day.
I’m pulled from my memories when Nash puts his hand on my lower back and hands me my drink.
When we make it to a table, I ask Cole to watch my beer while I go to the bathroom.
Standing in front of the mirror, I realize I can win this bet easily.
I take the clip out of my hair, shaking it loose with my fingers, and check my makeup.
Standing outside the bathroom door, I scan the area.
I zero in on a cowboy standing by the bar sipping his drink, and a smile crosses my face.
I make my way across the floor to the bar and stand next to the man.
His cowboy hat covers most of his hair, but I can see some blonde poking out from underneath, and his blue eyes sparkle in the neon lights.
“Hey there, cowboy,” I say, giving him a seductive smile while I lean against the bar.
The man chuckles as he looks me up and down. “Hey there, little lady. You tryin’ to get me in trouble?”
“Now why would you think that?” Surprise laces my voice at the accusation.
“Because those three men you came in with are all glarin’ at me right now.” His eyes move past me, and I glance over my shoulder to find he’s right. If looks could kill, we would both be dead.
Turning back to the man, I chuckle. “How would you feel about helping me win a bet? Promise I won’t let them hurt you.”
He looks past me again and laughs. “Alright, little lady. I’ll help you.” He finishes his drink and sets it down on the bar. Reaching over, he places a hand on my arm and leans in close, his breath hot against my ear. “Let’s go make them boys jealous.”
I smile and suppress a giggle as he reaches out a hand and leads me onto the dance floor. Pulling me close for a two-step, he places his hand right above my ass. We move around the floor, and I swear, every time I glance at the guys, their expressions turn a little more jealous.
“Move your hand down,” I whisper, and the man does.
He’s cupping my ass in his hand as we make another round on the floor.
I see Cole stand up, and Ren puts his hand out in front of him to stop him, causing me to laugh.
The cowboy spins me out and brings me back in before dipping me down low and placing a kiss on my lips.
I open my eyes wide, and from the corner of my vision I see Nash walking out onto the floor.
When the cowboy stands me up, he grins and tips his hat.
Nash says nothing as he picks me up and throws me over his shoulder.
I squeal and then shout a “thank you” to the mystery man, who laughs and lifts his cup up.
“Oh, Darlin’, I can’t wait to punish you for that stunt you just pulled,” Nash says, walking past the guys and outside to the truck.
I see Ren and Cole behind us, both with darkened eyes and devious smiles on their faces. Nash opens the back door and tosses me in. Cole and Ren get in on each side, sandwiching me in the middle. Nash turns on the truck, quickly starting the drive back to the hotel.
Ren leans over and brushes his lips against my neck. “Did you think that was funny, Love? Letting another man touch and kiss what’s ours?” A shiver runs down my spine, and I close my eyes.
“We don’t share with other people, Rich Girl. You’re ours.” Cole’s breath tickles my ear as his tongue glides up my neck. I can feel the heat pooling in my lower belly, and I let out a soft whimper.
“Say it, Love. Who do you belong to?” Ren's lips barely touch my ear as his hand cups one of my breasts over the dress.
My breath hitches as Cole’s hand pushes my legs apart, causing my hem to ride up.
His knuckles glide over my thong, and I know he can feel how wet I am.
He lets out a growl before repeating the motion with a little more pressure.
I let out a moan, and Cole grabs my chin roughly with his other hand, pulling my face towards him.
Looking at him through hooded eyes, his gaze is fierce as he speaks.
“He asked you a question, Rich Girl. Who do you belong to?”
His grip on my chin loosens so I can speak. I glance into the rearview mirror and see the desire in Nash’s eyes looking back at me.
“You,” I say breathlessly. “All of you.”
Ren turns my face to him as Cole continues to tease me through the fabric of my thong.
“Good girl.” Ren slams his lips to mine and takes control easily. Cole kisses along my neck down to the swell of my breast. Lost in the moment, I don’t notice Nash parking or turning the truck off. It isn’t until his voice rings out that I realize we’re sitting in the hotel parking lot.
“I hope you’re ready for your punishment, Darlin’.
” Nash’s normally bright blue eyes are dark when I see them in the mirror.
I suck in a breath at the loss of Ren and Cole’s warmth against me as they get out of the truck.
Nash’s stare makes my whole body tremble with anticipation, and I swallow hard before sliding from the backseat into the summer night air.
I fear I may have gone too far with the man in the bar.
Fuck. Me.
