Chapter 13 End Game – Happily Ever After?

“You’re next appointment is here,” the receptionist announced through the intercom.

Dr. Elena Kellogg jumped slightly at the interruption. “I thought this was a free hour?”

“Sorry, Doc. It was last-minute and I forgot to update your calendar.”

“Very well.”

When the woman entered the office, Elena rose to her feet and pulled her into a warm, heartfelt embrace.

“Oh my lord, Alex! It’s so good to see you after all this time. You look absolutely radiant!”

The woman standing before her was almost unrecognizable from the broken, defensive person who had once cowered in that padded holding cell.

Alex’s 5’7” frame was now curvy and lush in all the right places.

The sleeveless lilac dress hugged a slender waist before flaring over generous hips and a rounded, still-soft-from-recent-birth ass.

Sheer hose shimmered on her long, tapered legs, ending in strappy three-inch heels.

Silver and diamonds sparkled on her left ring finger, while her long manicured nails gleamed with deep scarlet polish.

Her thick sandy-blonde hair had grown long and healthy, flowing freely halfway down her back.

Subtle but effective makeup highlighted her comely features—bright gloss on lips that matched her nails, and large silver hoop earrings that swayed with every movement.

Her bountiful breasts were barely contained by the dress, a generous amount of soft, creamy cleavage on proud display.

The only lingering evidence of her recent pregnancy with Kyle was a modest, endearing little pouch of “baby fat” that she carried with surprising grace.

There was no trace left of the soulful, depressed young woman who had first come to Elena’s care. When Alex sat down and primly crossed her smooth legs, Elena could only marvel at the transformation in beauty, grooming, confidence, and feminine poise.

“I was so happy to hear about you and Mason,” Elena said once they were settled with coffee.

“He was always a rather stoic patient. I consider it wonderful karma that you two met in my waiting room. I always knew he was a good man, but I wondered why he chose me instead of a more mainstream therapist.”

“Ha,” Alex replied with a quick laugh. “You know exactly why. He had a serious addiction to transformation and TS fiction and genuinely thought he might be trans himself. He actually confessed it to me before he even asked me out on our first real date.”

“I’ve been curious how your relationship moved so quickly. Especially since it was only a few months after…”

Alex blushed prettily, a soft pink flush spreading across her cheeks and down her neck toward her cleavage.

“Yeah, I was surprised too. But he’s one of those rare genuinely good guys, and I never felt awkward or unsafe around him.

We actually shared why we were both seeing you on our second date.

It was a wild conversation. I was stunned when he started describing some of those Amulet of Morphos stories and even knew the original writer who popularized the concept.

He admitted he might have been a little jealous of what happened to me, but he’d decided it was just a fantasy for him, not a desire. After that… well, here we are.”

“Yes indeed. He’s a very special man to accept you and all your… unique baggage.”

“He really is the best. Every once in a while I still have to pinch myself. After all that anguish and depression, I’ve genuinely accepted who I am now. I’m a married woman with a husband who loves me and my two children—even though they aren’t biologically his.”

“You’ve handled your extraordinarily unique situation far better than I ever dared hope when we first met,” Elena admitted warmly. “Yours is genuinely one of the most remarkable recoveries I’ve ever been part of. You’ve become an amazing woman, Alex.”

“Well, don’t take this the wrong way, Doc, but Mason was the one who finally broke through and showed me I still had so much to live for.”

Elena smiled. “No offense taken at all. In fact, I’ve seen it many times—especially with my trans patients. Having a loving, informed partner who accepts you completely can accelerate healing more than anything else.”

“I guess I fit that category now,” Alex said with a small laugh. “I can finally admit I’m somewhere on the trans spectrum. But if any of the girls in the community ever found out I’m fully functional and have given birth, they’d probably call me a fraud with an overactive imagination.”

They both laughed softly before Alex continued.

“Anyway, back to Mason. I was incredibly nervous when things shifted from friendship to dating. When he kissed me the first time, I was shocked to my core. I couldn’t believe I was kissing a man, yet my body responded so strongly.

It was confusing as hell. But he was patient and persistent.

I started to realize I could move past my old male hang-ups and just… live in this body.”

“Did you know he proposed just a few weeks after my probation ended, when I was almost eight months pregnant with Kyle? I’d moved into a little apartment with Jordan by then.

When I hesitated, he kissed me so hard my toes curled, then rubbed my huge belly and said, ‘I love all of you. I can’t imagine life without you and the kids.

I’ll be right here with you the whole way. ’”

“I was still hedging when little Jordan toddled over, hugged his leg, and said something that sounded a lot like ‘dada.’ I completely broke down. There was only one answer after that—yes.”

Elena wiped a happy tear from her cheek. “Little Jordan clearly knew what she was doing. Have you seen any signs that parts of the original Jordan are still in there, or is she just a normal, growing little girl now?”

“Mostly the latter. Like you suggested, her infant brain probably couldn’t process all the adult memories and just let them fade. But every once in a while—something surfaces that makes me wonder.”

“By the way, thank you again for walking me down the aisle at the wedding. And I was thrilled Mia could be my bridesmaid so soon after her surgery.”

“You’re more than welcome, my dear. It was an honor. Honestly, if it had been even a couple weeks earlier, I think Mia would have wheeled herself straight from the hospital to the ceremony. She’s incredibly fond of you.”

“I can’t thank her enough for all her support. I don’t know how I would have survived those early months without her helping me get that apartment and start living in the real world again.”

“So how are things in the Midwest since the move?”

“Oh, it’s wonderful. We have a big, beautiful house with a huge yard.

Mason loves his new job. I’m still getting used to being a stereotypical housewife—wrangling two young kids and cooking dinner for my husband.

It feels almost surreal sometimes. But then Kyle cries to be nursed or Jordan stubs her toe and whimpers, and reality snaps right back into focus. ”

Elena’s expression turned more serious. “I’m truly happy for you, Alex. But as both your friend and former therapist, do you mind if I get a bit personal?”

“Not at all, Doc. I have nothing to hide from you.”

“Okay. You mentioned struggling with Mason’s advances at first, but you accepted his proposal and seemed genuinely happy at the wedding. How have you coped with the physical intimacy of marriage?”

A deep blush spread across Alex’s face and down her neck, disappearing into her generous cleavage.

“Well, I’d already experienced it with Jordan under the influence of the amulet, so I had some idea what to expect physically.

Mentally, though, I was probably as nervous as any virgin bride.

But Mason was amazing—he agreed we wouldn’t consummate until after Kyle was born.

I was so relieved… until I remembered how intense my honeymoon night with Jordan had been.

I kissed him so hard I hoped his toes curled.

That was the moment I knew I could love him fully as a wife.

It felt like the last piece of my old male self finally faded into the background. ”

Eyes downcast, Alex continued, fingers twisting nervously.

“A few days before the wedding I read about the ‘after flow’—the heavy bleeding and discharge that can last weeks after birth. That’s when I realized just how much Mason was willing to accept.

He willingly delayed one of a man’s most basic desires on our wedding night for at least six weeks. ”

She blushed even harder. “I was so overwhelmed by his devotion that I made a resolution. Something I never thought I’d do in a million years.”

“That night in the hotel after the ceremony, I wore the sexiest nightie I could find and asked Mason if he wanted to make love.”

“He looked confused and said, ‘No, darling, we agreed to wait, remember?’”

“I pulled off my top, offered him a nipple—which he took without hesitation—and whispered, ‘That’s not the only way to make love, husband.’ Then I pulled down his shorts and gave him the relief I knew he needed.”

Dr. Kellogg sat in stunned silence for a long moment. “Wow. When you walked in today it was obvious how much you’d changed, but I had no idea how deeply.”

Alex grinned a little shyly. “Maybe not that much. It wasn’t as bad as I feared, but it wasn’t my favorite thing either.

I did it for him a few more times before we consummated, but I never quite got used to the taste.

Still, he did so much for us—it was something I could give him personally. He appreciated it, of course.”

“Funny thing is, I was actually relieved when the post-birth leaking finally stopped. It felt so gross, and I dreaded dealing with that every month. That wedding night, though, I wore the same negligee to bed… and it didn’t stay on long.

By then I was ready and even turned on after he nibbled my ear and sucked hungrily on my breasts.

It was kind of amusing how much he loved drinking what was left after Kyle nursed.

I certainly wasn’t going to deny him. Besides, it feels wonderful, and it keeps me comfortable until the next feeding. ”

Elena was awestruck by the pretty, confident woman sitting across from her—the same person who had spent nearly thirty years as a man.

It took her a moment to gather her thoughts for one more question.

“You mentioned in therapy that you started enjoying sex almost immediately, even though it began under difficult circumstances with Jordan. How do you feel about it now?”

“I love it,” Alex answered instantly, no hesitation. “With Jordan it was about sharing our bodies and love, even when I was the man. With Mason it’s the same, but deeper and more fulfilling. We’ve been at it regularly for weeks now, and each time feels better than the last.”

“I couldn’t have put it better myself,” Elena laughed warmly. “I’m so glad to see you again and know you’re truly happy.”

Alex suddenly stood and pulled Elena into a tight hug, tears spilling down her cheeks and smudging her perfect makeup.

Their breasts pressed softly together for a long moment before they separated.

“Doc, it’s so good to see you. And I have one last bit of news…

we’re expecting a baby of our own, and I couldn’t be happier. ”

The End.
