Chapter 15 Falling Into Hell
I didn't know what was wrong with this world. Why everything was turned upside down.
Back at school, I was slapped with a severe warning Disciplinary Action out of nowhere.
The school broadcast loudly played across the entire campus how I had bullied a classmate, kicked away her life-saving medicine, and how vicious my behavior was.
I covered my ears. This world was truly cruel to me. I had already tried so hard.
The entire class turned to look at me. Their eyes pressed down hard.
When I opened my desk drawer, there would be trash, cockroaches, dead mice.
My textbooks were soaked in red ink with words written across them: Zhou Xiaoning, you murderer, go die.
Disgusting.
Cheap.
Dead pig.
I became a target for certain groups. On a whim, they would walk past me, yank my hair, trip me with their feet, and laugh at my embarrassment.
I watched the countdown on the blackboard grow smaller every day and felt I was about to break.
In the corridor, I leaned against the railing, staring at the blue sky with empty eyes.
Qin Chi walked past me and no longer called my name.
No one believed me anymore.
I suddenly remembered that conversation.
"Qin Chi, let's go to the same university, okay?"
"Okay."

That weekend, I packed my books to go home. Liu Tian arrogantly ripped off my Hearing Aid and told me to go to the rooftop to get it back.
When I reached the rooftop, four or five girls were standing there.

"Please, give me back my clothes."

Their feet started kicking me nonstop. I was their human punching bag.
I felt like my body was going to shatter.

Finally, they got tired of beating me and kicked my clothes down the stairwell.
"If you want your clothes, go pick them up yourself."
I struggled to get up with my broken body and moved toward the stairwell under their watchful eyes.
