Chapter 16
What.
The.
Hell.
Then who's the other Tammy?
Huh. "Well, you see-"
I looked at them warily. "Hey uh, Tammy, I'll talk to you soon." I bid my goodbye. She nodded. She went to her so called bed and laid down.
I walked towards the two guards and they went ahead. I followed closely behind them.
I've been inside this room for a whole damn hour and I never spoke, even once. He sat there impatiently, eyes twitching every now and then.
They bowed their heads and left the room. That leaves me and this arrogant man called 'Alpha'. "Tell me, what exactly do you want from me so that I could know your name?" He started.
I groaned. "I already told you. Let me go in exchange for my name."
He scoffed. I scoffed back. If I tell him my name, there's a big chance that I'll be 'killed' on spot and if I don't, I'll die in that cell.
I can defend myself but I don't know what he or the people around me are capable of yet. He just stared at me with a blank face.
Dying in that cell doesn't look too bad cause I got Tammy with me, but then again, she'll be freed soon according to her. I've made up my mind.
His eyes were furious and was turning darker than before. His lips were formed into a thin line but when he growls, it opens up now and then.
He signaled for the guards to put me back in the cell. Finally. I would gladly leave that place.
Yes, the real Tammy.
When I woke up, I was on the stiff bed. I groaned and got up while stretching. "Who put me here?" I started.
I ate it and was satisfied. "Thank you, I thought I'd go a week without food." I chuckled. She laughed,
I smiled warmly. "My name's Katelyn Avery Adams. You can call me Katie." I shook her hand.
