She stepped even closer, wrapping her arms around his neck and resting her forehead against his.
"I missed you just as much . Every night without you felt so empty, Aarav." she whispered, her voice laced with intense longing.
For a long, lingering moment, they just stood locked in each other's space.
Aditi softly broke the silence, her voice trembling slightly with sweet anticipation.
" Aarav can i tell you something?" Aditi asked him
" Anything. You don't know how you make me happy today!!" He said to her.
" Can i .. I wanted to meet your parents this time." Aditi said.
Aarav raised an eyebrow, a soft, fond smile gracing his lips.
"My parents?" He said as he was confused.
"Yes. I want to" she murmured, gazing into his eyes with deep sincerity.
"We've been through so much, and I've never properly sat down with them as the woman who holds your heart. I think it's time." Aditi answered him.
Aarav nodded slowly, his thumb gently stroking her jawline.
"Yeah... I've been wanting to properly introduce you to them for a long time." He paused,
A playful glint flashing in his eyes as he wrapped his strong arm tightly around her waist, pulling her flush against his chest.
"But... you still came here unannounced and nearly gave me a heart attack in my own office." He said playfully.
Aditi tilted her head, her lips curling into a teasing pout.
"So? It's not like i can't surprise my own man!!" Aditi said.
Aarav leaned in close, his voice dropping into a low and whisper against her ear that sent a shiver straight down her spine.
"So... you deserve to be punished." Aarav said to tease her.
"Punishment? For coming thousands of miles just to see you?"Aditi giggled, the vibration pressing against his chest.
"For driving me completely crazy like you." Aarav murmured.
"Your punishment is that you're taking me out on a proper, date tonight." His expression intensely romantic.
Aditi raised her eyebrows playfully, her heart fluttering at his tone.
"Excuse me? I fly across the world and I have to take you out? It's not fair!!" Aditi said.
"Yes,A proper date. No calls, no work. Just you and me." Aarav smiled, his gaze dropping down to her soft, rosy lips.
Aditi's heart melted completely.
" Okay okay. It's my duty . As your girlfriend, I suppose I can spoil my hardworking boyfriend for once." she softly laughed, her eyes brimming with deep love.
She reached up, pressing a sweet, lingering kiss to his cheek, then traced her lips down the bridge of his nose.
"Meet me at 6:30 PM. Wear that black shirt I love so much." Aditi said while smiling.
Aarav's smile widened, his heart hammering against his chest.
"Bossy girlfriend. How can i no to you." Aarav said.
"Only for you." Aditi whispered softly.
Unable to resist her any longer.
Aarav cupped the back of her neck, gently tilting her chin up. He pulled her into a deep passionate kiss.
Aditi gasped softly against his mouth before melting into his touch, her fingers intertwining tightly in his hair as she kissed him back .
Aarav wrapped both arms around her waist, lifting her slightly off her feet, drawing her as close as humanly possible.
Just as the kiss deepened, filled with breathless warmth...
Knock. Knock.
They parted slowly, both breathing heavily.
Omkar stood at the threshold, holding a thick stack of folders, his eyes wide in absolute shock as he took in the scene.

"Hey, watch it, Omkar. Don't make it sound like something weird. She just flew in to surprise me, alright?" Aarav said while embarrassed.

He looked at her not as a guest, but as an intruder he couldn't stand.
?"Oh, I'm sure she loves surprises. Especially the kind that disrupt everything." Omkar drawled, his tone dripping with sharp malice.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Aarav asked Omkar.
