Chapter 63
Tia had decorated the Advait's room with flowers and candles.
The room was filled with the lingered scent of flowers and the warmth of the candles.
Advait and Shreya entered the room after a lot of teasing, Shreya's face turned crimson red as soon as she glanced over the room.
Her breath hitched in her throat, her pulse started roaring in her ears in nervousness.
Advait almost smirked looking at her expression, he gently held her hand and made her sit.
He crouched down on his knee in front of her on the floor. She was looking at him with unsure eyes, her nervousness was clearly visible on her face. Advait smoothly rubbed his thumb over her knuckles and her heart calmed down a bit.
"Why so nervous ha?" He murmured asking her.
She looked down on her lap without answering.
Advait cupped her face between his hands and made her look at him. He gently caressed her cheekbones while saying, "You don't need to be nervous in front of me. I'll never touch you without your permission." She looked into his eyes which was filled with only love and respect for her.
"I love you." He said and she hugged him tightly, "I love you, Advait." She whispered tightening her hold.
She didn't even notice that she was sitting on his lap as he was sitting on the floor. He protectively held her in his arms, his one hand was securely resting on her waist while the other was caressing her hair.
She pulled back slightly and blushed after noticing their position.
A warm smile spread across Advait's face looking at her soft features.
She looked at him, her gaze slowly moved down to his lips.
Her attention was diverted to his rough lips which was pulling her like a magnetic force.
She again looked back into his eyes and this time a mischievous glint was presented there.
His lips curved up slightly in a smirk, without her own will her gaze again landed on his lips and her head leaned forward slightly.
Her heart was racing loudly, she could hear her heartbeats in the silence of the room.
Suddenly she was feeling hot, her lips were just an inch apart from his lips.
She was just about to press her lips onto him when the muffling sounds from outside caught their attention. She stopped and stood up from his lap, Advait also got up from the floor.
Outside the room, Arush was sulking his lips were formed in a big pout and eyes were wide in annoyance. Reyansh was trying to make him understand but Arush crossed his arms over his chest. Abhishek and Sia were also present there.
"Mujhe bhaiya ke paas kyun nahi jane de rahe aap?" He said, irritatingly.
"Aru, bhaiya abhi so gaye hain unhe disturb karna accha nahi lagta na unki neend kharab ho jayegi... unhe sone do." Reyansh said, gently holding on his shoulders.
"Mere bina hi so gaye?" Arush muttered sadly.
"Haan wo bohot thak gaye the na islie jaldi so gaye." Sia replied, making an excuse.
"Theek hai." Arush mumbled and others sighed in relief but it was only for a short time.
"Mai chup chap jaa kar unke paas so jaunga, neend kharab nahi karunga." Arush said and about to knock on the door when Abhishek pulled him back, picking him up slightly.
"Oww bhai choro mujhe." Arush screamed.
Abhishek covered his mouth with his palm, "Chilla kyun raha hai gadhe dheere bol." Abhishek yelled while whispering.
Arush struggled in his hold when the door creaked open revealing Advait and Shreya. Reyansh and Sia palmed their foreheads.
Advait and Shreya's faces knit together in confusion but his eyes hardened as they landed on Abhishek who was covering Arush's mouth and he was struggling under his hold.
Advait pulled Arush towards his side and Arush hugged his leg, "What the hell were you doing?" Advait asked sternly to Abhishek.
"Bhaiya mujhe aapke paas sona hai ye log mujhe aane nahi de rahe the." Arush complained looking up at him with a pout.
Advait looked over Reyansh, Abhishek and Sia who rolled their eyes simultaneously. Shreya held Arush's hand taking him to her side, "Koi baat nahi baby aap apne bhaiya ke paas so jao. Chalo andar chalte hain." She said and took him inside with herself.
Advait glanced over Reyansh, Abhishek and Sia for the last time and they passed him a done look before leaving from there.
Advait entered the room, Arush had already settled himself in the middle of the bed. Advait stepped forward to Shreya, "I'm sorry." He whispered glancing over at Arush.
She waved it off with a soft smile, "Isme sorry ki kya baat hai, Advait. Aapke bhai mere liye bhi utne hi matter karte hain jitne aapke liye... wo abhi baccha hai thoda time lagega usey ye sab adjust karne me." She said.
"How did I get so lucky?" Advait murmured pressing a gentle kiss to her forehead.
"Bhaiya..." Arush whined sleepily grabbing their attention.
Advait was quick to his side, caressing his hair, "Yahi hoon mai baccha."
"Aap dono bed par so jaiye mai couch par so jati hoon." Shreya said.
"Bed is big enough for the three of us. Sleep here." Advait said, in a firm voice.
"Aru ko koi problem to nahi hogi." She asked.
Arush sat up straight and extended his hand in her direction, "Aap yahan par bhaiya ke saath leto di, maine movies me dekha tha husband wife ek saath hi sote hain." He said innocently.
Advait and Shreya widened their eyes looking at each other before Advait turned to Arush, "Ye konsi movies dekh rahe ho tum?" He asked sternly, making him look down.
He crawled towards Shreya and laid down while hugging her. She chuckled and wrapped her arms around him. Advait shook his head muttering, "Pata nahi kya kya dekhta hai TV par."
"So jaiye, Advait." Shreya laughed lightly.
He laid down on the bed and switched off the lamp. The sleep took over him as soon as he closed his eyes.

The next morning, the little monsters were seated on the dining table.
They were impatiently waiting for the food as their bhabhi was preparing breakfast for them.
She woke up early in the morning and started making breakfast for everyone.
Kaka tried to help her but she denied and told him just to stand there if she did anything wrong.
Aditya and Arush had their summer holidays while Abhishek had his board exams next week.
Advait entered the dining room and raised his brow to see his brothers already there as they were always late for breakfast.
"Good morning, bhaiya." They wished in unison.
"Good morning." He said after sitting down on his chair.
"Kya baat hai, aaj to teeno time par aa gaye." He commented.
"Yes, because bhabhi is cooking for us and we're so excited to taste the food." Abhishek said excitedly.
Advait raised his brow amusingly at their excitement.
"Main to bhaiya ke hath ka khana kha-kha kar bore ho gaya hoon. Finally new taste milega." Aditya said in a teasing tone.
Advait playfully narrowed his eyes, "Accha ji?"
Aditya nodded dramatically earning himself a light whack on the back of the head.
Shreya came out of the kitchen with a bowl in her hand, kaka followed her with another bowl in his hands. They placed it neatly on the table. She glanced over the table and furrowed her brows, "Dadi, dadu nahi aaye abhi tak?" She asked.
Advait didn't want to upset her so he made an excuse, "Wo dono apna breakfast room me hi karte hain."
She nodded with a small smile, "To phir mai unhe unka breakfast room me de aati hoon." She said.
Advait held her hand to stop her and made her sit down on the chair beside him, "Shh relax aap itni tension mat lijiye, kaka unhe breakfast de aayenge. Aap yahan baithiye aur shaanti se apna breakfast kijiye." He said softly.
She nodded innocently and relaxed herself, Kaka served the food and left from there.
Their faces lift up looking at their favorite dishes, she make sure to cook everyone's favorite. The rich aroma of the food lingered in the air making their stomach growled loudly.
Everyone started having their breakfast, "Wow bhabhi, it's too delicious." Abhishek said, his eyes were rolling back slightly in pleasure.
"Bohot yummy hai." Arush said after eating a bite from Advait's hand.
Shreya smiled contently receiving the love and warmth of the family.
"Kitne time se itna tasty khana nahi khaya." Aditya said side eyeing Advait, his tone was playful.
Advait shot him a look and he grinned sheepishly, "Bhabhi ko khush karne ke liye bola, bhaiya. Aap to best cook ho." He whispered to him.
Shreya forwarded a bowl of gajar ka halwa in front of Advait, "Aap pehle ye taste kariye maine especially aapke liye banaya hai." She said.
Advait smiled and dipped a spoon in the ghee loaded halwa and ate a spoonful of it.
His mouth exploded with the flavors of the sweet dish.
His lips curved into a smile, the taste of the sweet dish taken him back to his childhood when his mother used to make halwa for him and feed him from her hand.
"Kaisa hai?" She asked with a nervous smile.
"Just like you... Perfect." He said in a low voice making her blush.
They settled down in the living room after having their breakfast when Advait's phone rang. He left from there to attend the call and came back after a minute.
"Shreya, I was thinking of taking a few days off but an important meeting came up. I had to go." He explained.
"It's okay, aap jaiye mai hoon na ghar par." She replied.
Advait glanced over his troublemakers before asking, "You sure, aap inhe sambhal lengi." He said as he knew very well about his brothers.
She looked at the kids who were obediently sitting on the couch, "Of course Advait, kitne masoom se to bacche hain aap bhi na bewajah pareshan hote rehte hain. You go, I'll handle here." She said.
Advait half smiled, "Best of luck." He said in a serious tone.
"Kyun?" She raised her brow in confusion.
He cupped her cheeks, "Pata lag jayega." He mumbled with pitiful eyes.
She gave him a look but didn't ask anything further.
Advait turned towards the kids, "Listen boys, I have to go to the office. Behave yourselves." He warned sternly making them nod like a good student.
"Yes sir." They replied in unison making Advait rolled his eyes.
"Abhi, next week se exams hai padhne baitho." He ordered Abhishek.
"And you two, go complete your holiday homework." He instructed the other two.
"Ji bhaiya." They mumbled in response.
Advait fixed them with a look for the last time before heading out of the house.
As soon as his car pulled away from the mansion, the little hurricanes ran to the TV with a lightening speed making Shreya panicked.
"Hey, kya hua?" She asked but got no response.
Aditya grabbed the remote first, Abhishek and Arush started snatching it from him.
"Adi, remote de mujhe TV dekhna hai." Abhishek said extending his hand.
"To pehle remote uthana chahiye tha, pehle maine uthaya ab main dekhunga." He replied, royally sitting down on the couch in front of the TV.
"Bhai, mujhe cartoon dekhna hai mujhe remote do." Arush said and tried to snatch the remote from his hand.
"Door hat, mera remote hai." He replied focusing on the TV.
"Aapka name likha hai is par?" Arush asked placing his hand over his waist.
"Nahi likha to ab likh dunga, main remote nahi dene wala." He replied.
"Chup chap remote de de dekh main thodi der hi TV dekhunga phir padhai bhi karni hai, tu to poore din free hai baad me dekh lena." Abhishek tried to make him understand.
"Haww bhai aapko vella bola." Arush dramatically gasped covering his mouth.
Aditya stood up being offended, "Bhai, mere paas bhi aur kaam hai main koi vella nahi hoon din bhar TV dekhne ke liye. Exams hai na aapke jaa kar padhiye nahi to fail ho jayenge." He replied.
Arush took a chance and ignited a spark, "Haww bhai, aapko shraap de diya aap fail ho jaoge." He said to Abhishek.
Abhishek glared at Aditya, "Jyada jubaan chal rahi hai teri bataun abhi bhaiya ko tune jo school me Miss bhardwaj ki chair ke neeche bomb foda tha uske baare me?" He threatened, resting his hands on his hips.
Shreya widened her eyes.
"Accha to agar yahi baat hai to phir bataun mai bhaiya ko aap jo Rupali ko unki bahu banane ke baare me soch rahe ho uske baare me?" Aditya retorted with a smirk.
Shreya blinked her eyes rapidly listening to their threats to each other.
Arush took a chance and slipped out the remote from Aditya's hand. He sat down on the couch and started watching the cartoon ignoring the argument he had ignited behind him.
Kaka came out of the kitchen and looked at the boys who were arguing in front of him. Shreya tried to stop them but they didn't hear anything and continue lashing verbal threats on each other.
She clutched her head in frustration, "Enough." She raised her voice.
They both stopped arguing and looked at her, "Kyun lad rahe ho dono? Abhi jao apne room me jaa kar padhai karo aur Adi tum jao apna school work karo." She said.
But they didn't budge off from their places, "I'll study later." Abhishek replied.
"I'll do it later." Aditya replied referring to his homework.
She looked at kaka for help, he smiled knowingly as he knows the trick to made them work, "Bacchon apni bhabhi ki baat maano aur jaa kar padhai karo warna mai abhi Advait baba ko call karta hoon." He threatened just to scare them.
"Jaa raha hoon." Aditya grumbled under his breath and left from there but not before giving a glare at Abhishek.
Abhishek also left from there to his room. Shreya turned to Arush who was engrossed in watching the cartoon.
"Aru, tum bhi jao jaa kar padhai karo uske baad TV dekhna." She said.
Arush pouted but obeyed.
Shreya sighed in relief wiping her forehead. Kaka laughed at her, "Inhe sambhalna har kisi ke bas ki baat nahi hai, beta." He chuckled.
"Hmm lagta hai bohot papad belne padenge." She joined him in laughter.
