Chapter 134

The sky was dark, the roads were empty and there the troublemakers were enjoying their freedom.

They turned their bikes towards the highway.

Vanya opened her phone camera to record the precious memories.

Sadhwi's hair was waving with the flow of the cool breeze.

Their faces were contorted with happiness, the bikes were flying on the road.

"I love you, Adi." Vanya shouted on top of her lungs with a wide smile on her face.

"I love you too, Vanu." Aditya shouted back with the same energy.

Sadhwi was giggling behind Arush, "Arush, speed badhao. Bohot maza aa raha hai." She said.

Arush smirked before racing the bike and leaving Aditya's bike behind. Aditya narrowed his eyes and increased the speed of his bike.

"Bhai, mujhse challenge mat lagaiye. Haar jayenge." Arush teased.

"Kaun haarega wo to abhi decide ho jayega, beta." Aditya said and flew the bike on the empty road.

Arush pouted and gave the race to his bike.

They had started the bike racing challenge without even knowing.

When Aditya had left behind Vanya whacked his head and when Arush's bike left behind Sadhwi pouted.

The girls were cheering them to win the challenge.

At midnight, two bikes were dancing on the road.

Vanya and Sadhwi were hooting to cheer them on.

Sadhwi's hands were tightly gripped around Arush's waist.

They were lost in their freedom when the barricade came into their view and they moved past by it making the police jeep following them, "Hey, stop." The police officer shouted.

Aditya looked behind without stopping and exchanged a glance with Arush who had stopped his bike making Aditya stopped his bike with a jerk.

"Ruk kyun gaya, idiot?" Aditya hissed.

"Unhone hi to bola stop." Arush replied innocently.

Aditya gave a look to Sadhwi so she whacked Arush's head making him pout.

"Maara kyun?" Arush sulked.

Aditya glanced behind and the jeep was so close to them, "Bhaaaaag!" He shouted.

Aditya and Arush started their bikes in a speed. Vanya was looking back with worry on her face.

Arush asked, "Bhai, hum bhaag kyun rahe hain? Ruk kar baat bhi to kar sakte haina." He said in a raised voice so that his voice could reach to him.

"Jaa tu baat kar ke aa. Hum bhaagte hain." Aditya replied sarcastically in irritation.

The police jeep appeared in front of them and Aditya and Arush had to stop their bikes. The officers stepped down of the jeep and moved to them.

"Rukne ke liye bola to ruke kyun nahi?" An officer asked rudely.

"Sorry, sir." Aditya said politely to get out of the trouble.

"Sorry?" The police officer repeated, "Road par racing karte ho, no entry me ghuste ho, police ke rokne ke baad bhi bhaagte ho." The officer raised his voice, "Aey, jeep me daalo inhe." He said to the sergeant.

They all panicked, "No-No sir, please jaane dijiye na." Vanya requested.

Sadhwi's face turned pale in fear. Her face was looking like that she would cry at any time.

"Phir se repeat nahi hoga sir please jaane dijiye." Arush spoke up.

"Nahi nahi koi sorry nahi, aey le chal inhe thane me aur bula inke maa-baap ko." The officer said.

"Sir, kuch le de kar jane dijiye na please." Aditya said in a hushed tone.

The officer glared at him and stepped forward, "Rishwat de raha hai?" He asked sharply.

"No sir, mai to bas...

"Andar daal inhe. Ek police officer ko rishwat deta hai." The office cut him off in between.

The sergeant walked them to the police jeep and they slowly hopped down on it with their sad faces. Their heads were hung low like a scolded child. Aditya looked up and Arush, Vanya and Sadhwi were glaring at him.

"Maine kya kiya?" He asked innocently.

They all looked away from him with a huff. Soon, they reached to the police station and made their ways inside.

"Chalo apne gharwalo ke number batao." The officer said.

Aditya's face turned pale in fear, "Sir, gharwalo ko rehne dijiye na please. I swear hum wapas se nahi karenge." He said in Advait's fear.

"Jaldi jaldi number bolo warna sabko andar daal dunga." The officer threatened.

Aditya nodded, "Chalega." He said, "Aap mujhe jail me daal dijiye par please gharwalo ko mat bulaiye." He pleaded.

Arush, Vanya and Sadhwi also started pleading them.

"Sir, please jaane dijiye."

"Galti ho gayi."

"Phir se nahi hoga."

"Shut up!" The officer shouted and stepped towards Aditya, "Rishwat dega huh, chal apne baap ka naam bol." He asked rudely.

"Sir, please...

"Baap ka naam bol." He shouted.

Aditya clenched his jaw to control his anger, "Advait Malhotra." He replied.

Advait was sleeping peacefully in his room oblivious to the upcoming storm.

His hand was wrapped around Shreya's waist and her face was buried in his chest. The room was cool and filled with their steady breathing when Advait's phone started ringing breaking Advait's sleep at once.

He was never a deep sleeper, his brain had trained to wake up even at the slightest sound around him.

He slowly opened his eyes and gently got out of the Shreya's hold.

He picked up the call and pressed the phone to his ear.

"Hello!" Advait said in a groggy voice.

"Hello, Mr. Malhotra. Mai senior inspector Vishwkant Apte baat kar raha hoon." The officer said from the other side.

Advait blinked his eyes in confusion, "Boliye?" He asked.

"Sir, aapke bete Aditya aur Arush humare police station me hain. Aap please yahan aa jaiye phir baat karte hain." He informed.

Advait sat up straight in shock, "What? Aapko koi misunderstanding huyi hogi mere bacche ghar par hain." He replied while getting up and heading towards Aditya's room.

"Humein koi misunderstanding nahi huyi hai, sir. Aditya aur Arush dono abhi humare saath hain. Aap yahan aa jaiye." The officer said.

Advait reached to Aditya's room and no one was there. Advait's blood boiled looking at the empty room. He hummed on the call and hung up the call. He made his way towards Arush's room just to be sure and it was also empty.

He went back to his room, get changed and exited the mansion.

He glared at the guards making them shrink on their places.

He sat inside the car before roaring the car on the road.

The guards followed him in the other car.

Soon, he reached to the police station and entered inside.

His gaze swept over the station before landing on the Aditya, Arush, Vanya and Sadhwi.

He clenched his jaw looking at the Vanya and Sadhwi there.

He marched towards the police officer ignoring them.

The officer forwarded his hand to shake, "Hello, sir." The officer said.

"Hello." Advait nodded.

"We're so sorry aapko police station aana pada par aapke bacchon ne harkat hi kuch aisi ki hai." Vishwkant said.

The officer just said this when Raj and Reyansh entered the police station. They also shook their hands with the officer.

"Kya kiya hai in logo ne?" Reyansh asked.

"Ye log bike racing kar rahe the, no entry me ghuse aur jab humne rokne ki koshish ki to bhaagne lage." The officer informed.

Advait hadn't looked at them but Reyansh shot them a glare.

"Aur sir, ye aapka beta Aditya mujhe rishwat dene ki koshish kar raha tha." Vishwkant said.

Advait's jaw ticked in anger. He snapped his head towards Aditya who refused to look at him and only staring at the floor in fear.

"Sirf aapki wajah se maine isey andar nahi daala warna aap bhi jaante hai ek on duty police officer ko rishwat dena kitna bada offense hai." The officer said firmly glancing at Aditya.

"Sharam hai tum logo ko?" Raj spoke up to them.

"Ghar se bina bataye raat me bahar nikal gaye aur bahar jaa kar ye harkatein?" Raj scolded.

"Inhe daant kar koi fayda nahi hai, dad. Inpar koi asar nahi hota humari daant ka." Reyansh said in disappointment.

Aditya was looking down and waiting for Advait to say something because his silence was scary than his scolding. His silence was scaring the hell out of Aditya.

Advait sighed, "I'm sorry on their behalf." He said to the police officer.

Aditya clenched his fist listening to the words coming out of Advait's mouth.

"Uski koi jarurat nahi hai, sir. Hum bas aapko bula kar inke baare me batana chahte the." Vishwkant said and turned towards the troublemakers, "Agli baar dhyan rakhna."

They all slowly nodded their heads. Advait exited the police station and Raj followed him.

"Ghar chalna hai?" Reyansh asked in a scolding tone.

Aditya and Arush quickly walked to his side with pleading eyes, "Bhai, please iss baar bachalo." Aditya said.

"Please bachalo bhai, bhaiya bohot maarenge." Arush begged.

"Sneak out karne se pehle pucha tha mujhse?" Reyansh asked sharply.

They looked down in guilt.

"Agar ye harkat nahi ki hoti to sneak out ke liye bacha bhi leta mai, par ab to maar hi khao tum." Reyansh said and walked away.

Aditya, Arush, Vanya and Sadhwi slowly followed him outside and made their ways to the cars.

Vanya thanked her starsthat she hadn't had to go with the Advait.

She quickly slipped inside the Reyansh's car.

But Aditya, Arush and Sadhwi exchanged a nervous glance as no one wanted to sit in front with Advait.

They quickly opened the door and adjusted themselves on the backseat sandwiching Sadhwi between them.

Advait hadn't said a word and started the car.

The car was filled with the suffocating silence.

The troublemaker were fearing even to breathe loudly.

The fifteen minutes journey had turned very long for them.

Advait stopped the car in front of the mansion and slipped out of it before walking towards the guards.

He stood up in front of the guards, "Jab tum logo ki nazron se mere bacchein har baar ghar se bhaag jaate hain to tumhara hone ka fayda kya hai?" He shouted on them.

"Khade khade sote ho kya tum log?" He said in a scolding tone.

The guards were looking down, "We're sorry sir....

"Kya karun mai tumhare sorry ka?" He asked sternly, "Kya karun batao, ek baar galati ho sakti hai do baar ho sakti hai par baar baar same galati?" He reprimanded them.

"This is the last warning for you all." He glared at everyone before walking back. He hadn't wanted to fire them as they were working for him for a long time and were also very loyal towards him.

When his gaze landed on the car and the troublemakers were still seated inside the car. Advait marched towards them and pushed open the door with a jerk, "Invitation dena padega tum sab ko bahar aane ke liye?" He bursted on them making them flinch.

They quickly stepped out of the car from the other side, keeping a safe distance from Advait, "Kal subah tum teeno meri study me chahiye mujhe." He ordered them and went inside the mansion.

Sadhwi's face turned pale in fear, "Mai kyun gayi aap logo ke saath?" She cried.

Arush gently wiped off her tears but his own face was small with fear.

"Ye sab aapki galati hai. Aaj ke baad kabhi aapka saath nahi dungi." She said to Aditya while sniffling.

"Maine koi jabardasti nahi ki thi. Tum khud hi jyada excited thi." Aditya retorted.

"Aap bohot gande hain." She told him, "Mai bol dungi ki aapne mujhe force kiya tha sneak out ke liye."

"Mai ganda hoon?" Aditya gasped, "Ruko kal bhaiya ko bolta hoon ye saara plan tumhara tha." He threatened.

Sadhwi cried loudly and Arush wrapped an arm around her, "Bhai, kyun rula rahe hain isey?"

"Aur ye jo meri band bajwane pe tuli huyi hai uska kya?" Aditya asked in exasperation.

"Wo aap deserve karte ho, har baar hum sab ko fasa dete ho." Arush accused.

Aditya gritted his teeth in irritation, "Tum log koi chote bacche nahi ho jo mai fasata hoon aur tum fas jate ho." He said, "Kaand bhi mil kar kiya na to maar bhi mil kar kha lenge." He added casually.

"Mujhe maar nahi khani." Sadhwi cried dramatically.

"Arey aise kaise, humein to maar khane ka bada mann kar raha hai." Aditya replied sarcastically at her remark.

Sadhwi huffed and went away from there. Arush also went behind her but not before passing a hard glare to Aditya.

Vanya was joining hands in front of Reyansh and he was standing tall and firm not even looking at her. Her eyes were pleading and shimmering for the extra dramatic.

"Bhai, please bachalo. Bhaiya ne bulaya hai wo bohot daantenge." She gave him her best puppy eyes.

"Ye sab sneak out karne se pehle sochna chahiye tha." Reyansh replied.

"Bhai, please galati ho gayi na." She said.

"Dekh Vani, tu agar mujhe ek baar bol deti ki tu Adi ke saath jaa rahi hai to mai tujhe khud kabhi mana nahi karta.

Tujhe sneak out karne ki jarurat hi nahi padti par sneak out karne ke baad bike racing karna, rule break karna, police ko rishwat dena ye sab bohot galat hai aur in sab me mai tujhe kabhi support nahi karunga.

" Reyansh said in a firm and sharp voice.

"Mai na to Advait ko rokunga aur na tum me se kisi ko bachaunga. Agar galati ki hai to uske consequences ko face karna bhi seekho." He said and left from there leaving Vanya alone.

In the Malhotra mansion, Shreya was in the kitchen and Aditya, Arush and Sadhwi were caging her between them. Shreya was looking all of them in exasperation.

"Bhabhi, bhaiya bohot maarenge." Arush nearly cried.

"Arey aise kaise maarenge mere bacchon ko. Mai hoon na." Shreya replied in a protective tone.

Their faces sighed in relief.

"Par tum logo ne jo kiya wo bhi galat hai. Ghar se bina bataye bahar jana bohot galat baat hai." She said and gripped Aditya's ear, "Aur tu police ko rishwat deta hai huh?" She twisted his ear.

"Oww bhabhi chordiye, lag rahi hai." Aditya squeaked.

"Bilkul mat chordna, bhabhi." Abhishek said from behind, entering the kitchen.

"Tum logo ko sharam hai jara si bhi?" He scolded.

"Bhabhi...." Aditya again said to get Shreya's attention. Shreya left his ear and rubbed it gently.

"Khud to kaand kiya hi kiya aur saath me bechari Sadhwi ko bhi fasa liya." Abhishek said.

Sadhwi pouted in innocence.

"Koi bechari vechari nahi hai ye bhai sabse jyada yahi excited thi sneak out ke liye." Aditya opposed.

"Aap kyun Sadhwi ke peeche pad gaye hain?" Arush said in her defense to Aditya.

Abhishek narrowed his eyes and about to say something when Vanya entered the kitchen.

"Aaiye madam aapka hi intezaar tha." Abhishek taunted.

"Thankyou, bhai." Vanya said with a sheepish smile.

Abhishek whacked her head making her pout. Aditya gently rubbed the spot making Abhishek rolled his eyes.

"Tum logo ki wajah se bhaiya ko police station jana pada? Sharam aati hai tumhe?" Abhishek rebuked them.

"Abhi bilkul sahi keh raha hai, bacchon. Masti karo par har cheez ki ek limit hoti hai." Shreya said, her voice was soft.

Aditya felt a pang of guilt in his chest. He wasn't feeling guilty until Abhishek had said those lines. Advait had to come to the police station because of them.

"Ab aise mera muh mat dekho, bhaiya ne bulaya hai time par jao warna aur pitoge." Abhishek said calmly.

Arush and Sadhwi looked at Shreya with hope and she nodded her head in reassurance, "Mai chal rahi hoon na. Kuch nahi hoga." She said.

They all made their ways towards the third floor to Advait's study.

They stopped in front of the door and looked at Shreya expectantly.

She sighed and knocked on the door before entering the room and the others followed her inside the room.

Advait was seated on the chair and his head was buried in his laptop screen.

He glanced up and his gaze stopped on Shreya who was standing there with a sheepish smile on her face.

"Mujhe pata nahi tha aap bhi kal bacchon ke saath sneak out par gayi thi." Advait said in sarcasm.

Vanya tried to stop her laughter and Shreya narrowed her eyes before looking away with a huff.

"Mai yahan bacchon ka saath dene aayi hoon." Shreya said proudly.

Advait rolled his eyes.

"Please bahar jaiye, Shreya." He said politely.

"Advait, dekhiye bacchein hain ye galati nahi karenge to kaun karega?" She asked sweetly.

"Aur mai inhe galati karne par nahi sudharunga to kaun sudharega?" Advait asked with the same sweet voice.

"Hum khud sudhar jayenge, promise." Aditya said earning himself a death glare.

Shreya glared at Aditya to shut his mouth down and turned back at Advait, "Advait, jaane dijiye na please."

Advait stood up from his chair and held Shreya's hand, "Mujhe aapse kuch baat karni hai." He said and walked her outside of the room.

He opened the door of the room. Shreya placed her feet outside the room and within a minute Advait closed the door from inside leaving her outside. The others gasped in horror and widened their eyes. Shreya gapsed in betrayal and banged on the door.

"Advait, ye cheating hai. Please open the door." She said from outside.

"Please jaiye yahan se aur mujhe mera kaam karne dijiye." Advait replied to her.
