The Masked Man's Haunting

Mona Greer is out of work and living in her car when a chance to turn her makeup skills into a paycheck lands her face-painting difficult kids at a haunted house.

Casper Ridley, power forward for the Saint Paul Sinners, has always been obsessed with everything spooky, and he buys an infamous haunted property only to find a gorgeous, frightened, sharp-tongued squatter already there.

Mona grows convinced the house is truly haunted, then realizes it is not ghosts answering her in the dark but a tall masked man lingering in the shadows.

She considers reporting him, yet handmade cards appear, her car is quietly repaired, and he shows up whenever she needs help, determined to win her trust.

Their charged game of cat and mouse pulls them into a twisted connection they cannot resist, even as Mona learns Casper is not the only one following her—and not the only man who will go to any length to make her his.
