Gramma Ruth has a secret pen pal and he just happens to be none other than George Rainbow, owner of Rainbow Springs–home to the famous gnome fence of road trips gone by.

Now George has a problem and Ruth calls on not only the Sunday School Sallys but the rest of the Bull Mountain and Spring Haven gang to not only spread holiday cheer, but help save Georges little mountain town from letting the holidays pass without celebration.

Because if theres one thing the ranchers and Sallys know how to do well, its turn a towns Christmas frown upside down. One George Rainbow at a time.
