Sebastian
Iwatch as Dante pulls Enzo from the back seat of the G-Wagon and carries him into the elevator.
I watch as his chest barely rises and falls with each breath as we make our way up to our floor.
I watch as tears stream down Joe’s face as she pleads for him to live.
I watch as the doctor cuts the rest of his clothes off to see the full extent of his injuries.
And I watch as one of the loves of my life lays lifeless on the dining room table. The same one we’ve all sat at as we’ve built our family.
He can’t die.
Lorenzo Santoro can’t die. Because if he dies, then a piece of me will die with him.
