Chapter 41
Aarohi's POV:
I felt Ansh's body stiff under my touch but he didn't show it on his face.
He rarely shows anything on his face whether he is happy, sad or just stressed.
I felt it and that's why I am more scared now.
He moved closer to me and cupped my face. He was so close his chest was grazing mine with each breath I was taking.
"Calm down princess."
My back arched by the way he was touching me so I removed his hand from my face as I again asked "Why do you have a gun, Ansh?"
He again cupped my face and brought his face closer to mine. His lips were touching mine with each word he said "I will tell you everything when the right time comes, sweatheart. You don't need to know right now."
My eyebrows furrowed as I asked "Why?"
He simply warned me "Aarohi."
He stare into his night black eyes which looks so deep and... black?
Yes, He just called my name but it was enough for me to know that he had enough.
The way he called my name clearly showed it is a warning and I hate him for that.
I opened my mouth but nothing came out.
Why? Because he warned me.
I wanted to scream at him, shout at him but it was as if my body is not under my control.
I looked at him with my teary eyes and his expressions soften seeing my crying face.
He came forward to hug me but I pushed him away and ran out of his office.
He is so bad.
I ran to the place where Vayansh took me on our one month anniversary.
That small room was a homage to little Vayansh so I also went there to find comfort.
I loved this place since I saw it so I thought maybe it could help me think straight.
I sat there on the ground and my mind wandered off to that phone call again then I remembered that incident with Daksh.
I am not foolish enough to think this is all a coincidence but I believe that my Ansh is not that devil instead he could be connected to him which he is hiding from me.
Or.. maybe I am thinking too much.
I wiped my tears and shake my head to stop thinking all this nonsense.
I trust Ansh. He said he will tell me everything and I know he never lies.
But he lied about not knowing the devil.
He didn't exactly said that and maybe he is right he just have that gun for protection.
He is a king after all.
Maybe I reacted too fast, gun is so common for Royal people.
Actually the thing was that gun was different. It was like it had a different aura, a power of it's own.
After that I tried to divert my mind and looked around at the flowers outside from the window.
I didn't dare step a foot outside because I was not ready to face Ansh.
This place is a little secluded from the rest of the mansion so no one can see me unless they especially come here.
I don't usually come here too.
But this thing is going to change now because I am going to make this place my safe zone now.
I don't know how much time I spend here but I came back to reality when I heard a sound and the door of this room opened.
I saw Vayansh standing there and quickly stand up from my sitting position.
He almost ran towards me and hugged me tightly.
I confusedly just stand there and my eyes soften when he whispered "I am sorry princess."
This means a lot to me because this man.. this man standing in front of me never apologise.
This is a big thing for him and I know that.
I still stubbornly asked "for what?"
He broke the hug then explained "for everything. Trust me sweatheart Nothing can come between us."
I answered "I know that and I trust you so let's end this matter here. I understand you are not a common man, you are a king so you must have other things going on with you but what I want is only for you to be safe."
He nodded and kissed my forehead.
"And Don't call out my name like that again."
"I am sorry, If I again do that in the future just hit me back.. with anything you can.. words or hand.. I won't mind. I promise."
"I swear I will hit you if you did that." I teased him while pouting.
He kissed my cheek "Sure."

It's been three days and I got no other calls from that unknown number. I thought to tell Vayansh about that but I let it be because that person is not disturbing me anymore.
So Right now I am watching Netflix with my favourite flavour of icecream by my side.
Suddenly my phone rang beside me which I ignored because I was too indulge in watching the series and eating my icecream.
When the phone didn't stop ringing I growled in frustration and searched for my phone.
I saw another unknown number and frowned because I don't like it when a call from an unknown number comes.
I stopped the video on my laptop and picked up the call.
"Hello." A male voice said.
He is the same unknown man!
I was about to hung up his call but stopped when he said "Don't.. Don't hang up. I have very important information for you."
I frowned "How did yo-"
"Leave everything else just know that today I am going to show you the true face of your husband."
I almost shouted "Stop your nonsense."
I hung up the call without listening to him.
My mood is ruined now! Oh God!
I ruffled my hair and looked at my phone when it lit up with a notification.
That same freaking man sent me a
Location with a text saying 'You will find out everything here. Be there in an hour if you want to find out the truth.'
I confusedly looked at the message and thought 'Why is he doing this?'
I won't go anywhere what if it's a trap.
But what if....
No..
I am not stupid enough to believe a stranger.
I was fighting with my mind for a few minutes than I chose what I shouldn't have choosen.
Because I am stupid.
But I won't go without any safety so I quickly change my clothes to a simple shirt and pants than picked up a knife from the kitchen.
Yes.
A knife.
Something should be with me for my safety.
I went to parking lot and drives a car towards the location.
Yes I didn't knew how to drive a car properly but Vayansh taught me so now I am good to drive on my own.
When I was about to reach the location I called Vayansh.
Of course I want to talk to him before doing something so murderous.
He picked up the call after a few rings and I asked "When will you be home?"
I literally imagine him raising his eyebrow at my sudden question.
He replied "Have you seen the time princess? It's just past 7. Are you missing me already?"
I cleared my throat and said "Uhhm.. I was just.... Asking. Are you at your office?"
He hummed as if something caught his attention.
He said "I will be home as soon as I finish my work."
I hummed and hang up the phone focusing on driving again.
The area started to got secluded making me question my decision but I still drive ahead.
After driving a few metres I saw a structure or more like an old warehouse.
It looked old but still maintained enough.
'Is this the location?'
I halted the car and stepped out of the car.
The warehouse is still at a little distance as I don't want anyone to notice anything unusual..... If anyone is there.
I walked towards the warehouse but I was a little scared too because this area is a little secluded.
But thankfully there is a road near by.
When I reached near the area I saw a few guards standing near the gate.
'So there is someone or something inside.' I thought and moved towards the back area.
I don't think they have anything valuable inside because there is not much security but I saw a few cameras around here so I tried my best to avoid those areas.
As I was almost at the back of the warehouse I saw a small window.
It was dirty but had a little gap for me to see inside.
As I moved closer I heard a strange noise making me jump in my spot.
I looked around and saw nothing then I realised that the sound comes from the warehouse.
I looked inside from the window and my heart almost came out.
What the fuck?!
It was dark inside but not dark enough that I can't see anything.
There were a few men inside.
Four men tied to different chairs and a man standing in front of them.
I couldn't see everything clearly but I could make out the outlines.
The standing man signed something and I realised another person comes out of the shadows.
Than I saw there were more people inside, standing in the shadows, waiting for the order of this man standing as their leader.
Suddenly a few more men came with a bucket which is full of water, I think.
I heard a bunch of screams when they emptied the bucket on the tied men.
I covered my mouth with my hands stopping myself from screaming.
Those men were already covered in so much blood as if they are about to die.
Their screams also held that pain.... Pain of dieing.
The leader said something which I couldn't hear than pull out something from his pocket.
A Gun.
No.. No..
He is not going to kill them, Is he..?!
I shake my head and I didn't even realised when my body started to shake so much.
And than....
It was the only sound I could hear. I felt like I will have a heart attack.
I took out my phone and started to shoot a video of him killing other men.
'I need evidence to show to the police. I need to be brave for that.'
But I could only shoot the back side of the man doing this crime as he was facing his back to me.
But than.....
As that man turned..
My whole world shook....
Now I could see his face....
Vayansh.
My Vayansh.
No.... This is not Vayansh.
He is looking like a totally different man.
My phone slipped out of my hands and I moved back.
Unfortunately I stepped on a branch stick which made a sudden sound also with my phone falling sound.
My mind stopped working but I knew one thing.
I need to run.
I quickly picked up my phone and run in opposite direction but there were guards coming to check the area from where the noise came.
I turned to run in opposite direction but another guard was coming from there.
Oh No..
I am trapped.
They have already seen me.
One guard caught me by my arm and spoke "How dare you trespass the property?"
I struggled "Leave me, you freaking criminals."
He laughed and said "You are at the wrong place at the very wrong time, girl. If you had come here when the boss wasn't here, it probably would've been less difficult for you but how unfortunate now the boss will deal with you."
My face turned pale. I don't want to see that man right now.... Or ever...
He lied to me.
He is a criminal.
I pledged "Please.... Do whatever you want but don't take me there. I don't want to see him."
He laughed and told another guard to inform his boss about the trespassing.
He thought she was scared of their boss but the reason was totally different..
My screams fall dead to his ear while he dragged me inside the warehouse.
