Chapter Fifty-Nine

Tera

We go out the side exit like thieves and Asher takes my keys out of my purse. I don’t argue about driving. It’s nice to be driven around and not stress about traffic or missing a turn.

I fasten my seatbelt and turn my body to watch him drive. He gives me an amused glance but keeps his focus on the road.

“You have to be exhausted,” I say quietly.

He shrugs, “I’m a little tired. But I took tomorrow off so we can sleep late.”

It’s so strange and wonderful to hear that. It feels like we’ve been together forever, having a conversation that any couple would at the end of the night.

“Does it feel like we’ve been dating for a lot longer to you or is it just me?”

“It isn’t just you,” he looks at me in surprise.

“Can you imagine what it would be like living together?” The words are out of my mouth before I can stop them. I want to scoop them back up and swallow them immediately.

“I have,” he doesn’t hesitate for a second as he responds.

“Really?” I’m not sure where to go with that.

He gives me a dark smile and reaches across the center console to grip my thigh. He squeezes in a way that shortens my breath.

“Let’s see,” he muses, his fingers shifting to slowly pull up my skirt. “I’d get home from work and you’d be there already. Waiting for me with the sweet smile you get when you’re excited.”

His fingers squeeze again and my attention goes to his hand on my thigh. The skirt is high enough I can see that I forgot my panties somewhere in Trevor’s office. My thighs press together to keep his fingers still on instinct. It makes no sense because I want him to keep going.

“Open,” he says darkly. His fingers flex, pushing my thighs apart and I swallow as I spread my knees.

“If you weren’t in the living room you’d be in bed. I’m thinking I’ll lock the closet so you can’t get dressed unless I’m there with you.”

My eyes widen at the thought. I’d spend my entire time naked if he did that. There’s no way he would let me get dressed even if he was there.

“Won’t it get old?” I whisper.

His hand pauses as he glances at me.

“No. Not between us. Besides, this is more of a fantasy. Reality will be different.”

“How so?” What he was describing sounded good. I think I’m going to have to get comfortable with constant nudity either way. I wonder if he’d return the favor?

“I’d get home from work and Max would probably see me first and talk my ear off. Trevor would be pouting on the couch because he’d know he couldn’t touch you after I’m home unless I said he could. If you weren’t there to greet me, I’d find you. I’d make you cum before dinner. During it, too. Just to make them watch. Then we’d snuggle on the couch or in bed while Max bitched and forced his way in. Tell each other about our day. You’d go to bed wherever you wanted and we’d get up the next day to start all over again.”

The picture he’s painted makes my breath tremble for a different reason. It sounds perfect to me. He even added Max and Trevor. Not as an afterthought. As if they’re a complete part of the package in his mind already and he can see the future.

“And you’d be happy?” I ask him and chew my lip.

“Mostly,” he says and clears his throat. “I want something more than that though.”

“Like what?” I ask with a frown. What more is there?

“My ring on your finger.”

My head snaps around to see him with wide eyes. His jaw clenches at the same time as his fingers.

“I want my mark on you where everyone can see it. I want your mark on me. It’s too soon for that though because I’m scaring the shit out of you.”

My mouth works helplessly as I take in how serious he is. He’s got the set-in-stone voice going.

“Don’t run, angel,” he says in an ominous tone that gives me goosebumps.

My throat is dry as I try to find a response. “It might be too soon for a ring but there are other ways.”

My response makes him frown and his fingers loosen a little to stroke my skin.

“Like what? Convince me.”

Oh gosh. This is embarrassing.

“Well, at work I’ve been looking at something and I’ve wanted it since I saw it. I never thought I’d be able to get it.”

His brow rises. “What is it?”

I can tell he’s thinking ‘and what does it have to do with this conversation’.

“It’s a collar,” I say with a wince. My mouth won’t stop dropping words though. I’m too nervous about this. “It’s really cute and it has a heart lock on it that only one person can open and I thought, what if? The key could be put on a necklace.”

“Fuck,” he chokes out and his hand suddenly leaves my thigh to grip the wheel tightly.

I don’t get a chance to ask him if it was too much or any other questions.

The car jerks as he pulls off onto a gravel side-road with trees on either side creating a shelter. We bounce to a stop and he puts it in park, breathing heavily. The dome light comes on revealing his flushed cheeks and clenched jaw. He moves the seat all the way back.

“Get over here,” he grits and pulls his pants and boxer briefs down until his erection bobs into sight, glistening at the tip.

My eyes go wide at the quiet fury. I don’t hesitate to undo my seatbelt and scramble over to straddle his thighs. The horn goes off at some point but I don’t care. I position him at my entrance and sink down as quickly as I can. The obvious struggle he’s having maintaining his control has gotten me wet enough that it isn’t difficult.

“Yes,” he hisses out and groans, trying to watch as his flesh disappears into mine in the darkness. “Now make me cum. Let me know how much you want it.”

I melt into his chest, gripping the back of the seat hard for support. My hips slide back and forth over his lap, the perfect angle to rub against my clit. I press my face into his throat as I whimper at the feel of him. He’s hot and so hard it’s almost bruising as he slides inside.

“You want me to collar you?” He grunts as his cheek presses into mine. “So fucking sweet, angel. I’ll collar you. Everyone will know you’re mine. Fuck.”

The last word is choked and his head drops back as he breathes roughly.

“This won’t take long, angel,” he pants, “You feel too good.”

His hands grip my thighs, rubbing restlessly as he moans. The fact that I’m the one forcing those sounds out of him aches in me. Every word builds my need higher. His control is gone because I’ve pleased him. I’m giddy with the thought of it.

“Please fill me up,” I beg, throwing caution to the wind with this perfect man inside me. “I need it.”

His hands cradle my butt as I move, speeding my rhythm up. He starts speaking but it’s in a language I don’t know. I clench on him at the desperate, angry sounds and cry out as his fingers clench hard enough to leave bruises. He’s spreading me as if someone else were there to watch him possess me totally. The thought makes me wetter than I was before.

“I’m yours. Please!”

He gives a sharp grunt and I’m filled with heat that makes me clench my teeth into his neck desperately. He holds me still while I try to writhe, desperate for release. One hand moves to my opening, finding my clit and pressing hard to rub in circles over it. My eyes roll up at the pleasure, my breath catching as I orgasm, spasming over him with needy cries.

“I’ve got you,” He pants, continuing his ministrations until I try to pull away. The flesh has gotten so sensitive so quickly I can’t take any more. Once his thumb relents my body sags against him again. His arms circle around my back as we catch our breath.

I just had sex in my car on a deserted road. Who am I right now?

I’m boneless as I rest against him, my hands sliding down uselessly.

“You ok, angel?” He pants and presses a kiss to my ear.

“Yeah,” I say softly with a sigh.

He lets out a deep breath and relaxes back.

We stay that way for a few minutes until I sit back up with a wince.

“Sore?” He helps me slide off his lap. I lose my breath when I feel him slip out of me.

“My back,” I blink at him and start giggling. “And my knees.”

“Hot bath for you,” he gives me an evil grin that I cherish.

“How sad,” I try to pout but I’m too busy laughing and figuring out how to get back into my seat.

I finally settle and rebuckle myself with a deep sigh, suddenly exhausted.

Asher rights his pants with a disbelieving shake of his head and then gets us back on the road home.

He reaches across and grips my hand, intertwining our fingers.

“We’ll buy it tomorrow.”

I tilt my head to see him and grin happily.

“Thank you, Asher.”

The peace lasts until we pull into the apartment lot. I can see one of the twins sitting on the hood of the SUV they use. The other one is at the door, watching us pull up with a scowl.

“Stay in the car, angel,” Asher says, putting it in park but leaving it running.

I reach into my purse and pull out my phone, unsure who I need to call about this.

“Hey man,” I recognize Blaze’s voice as the person at the door. I crack my window so I can hear them better.

“What’s up?” Asher asks and slides his hands into his pockets.

“Do you know what’s going on with the locks?” Blaze looks back at the door in confusion. “My key isn’t working.”

“Shade changed them,” Asher says calmly. My mouth tightens nervously as Blaze looks him up and down assessingly.

“Why would he do that?”

“Ask him,” Asher shrugs.

“Yeah, I’ll do that tomorrow,” he refocuses on me in the car. My throat gets tight at his dark expression. “You and Tera, huh?”

“Yeah,” Asher moves to block his line of sight. Now that I can’t see him I’m starting to sweat.

I know what they’re capable of. Shade says they aren’t any good at their job but I don’t want to risk Asher on Shade’s ego.

The loud sound of breaking glass jerks my head around in confusion, my heart leaping in my throat. It’s like someone dropped a twelve pack of beer bottles.

Felix has stopped halfway to us to turn and see what’s going on behind him.

“The fuck?” Blaze shakes his head and joins his twin. “Let’s go. We’ll see him tomorrow.”

I don’t get out of the car until after they’ve pulled away. I slide out, a cold chill going down my spine until my attention is drawn to blue hair as South gets back in her rental at the end of the lot.

She doesn’t acknowledge me as she drives past, casually following them.

“That’s ok,” I mutter as she turns on her blinker and merges with the sparse traffic on the street. “You didn’t break a ban.”

Asher turns the engine off with a scowl.

“We’re good for tonight, angel. Tomorrow you’re staying with Max and Trevor.”

If only it was for a happier reason.
