Chapter 21 The Attack
We got out of the garden, currently at the hall outside the main palace. I quickly grab Vladimir's arm to stop him from walking faster. I felt his flinch for a second and stiffness. However I didn't mind it, I faced him and give him a straightforward look.
*swoosh*
"Damon, I want you to take away my love for my father. And if the day has come that I successfully kill my father, I want you to return my love for him and burn us."
"Bloody crazy."
"Do that, and I will give you my soul."
Ha! *gasping*
A bloody nightmare... No, it's not a dream. It's a memory.
I heard his soft chuckle while he handed me some warm water.
An hour later...
I saw the two quietly seated, waiting for me. As they saw me approaching, they stood up and bowed to me, saying, "Good morning my queen"
Victor bows his head and says, "Unfortunately, my queen, we couldn't find her. It's like her whole existence vanished."
I notice Victor's slight flinch. "I am not. My loyalty is for the queen" , he said sternly.
He took the potion and says, "Why do you despise the lady, my queen?
Caster lost his cool and grabbed Victor's tie. "Nice tie you have there; be careful you might lose it, as well as your head", he said and slowly tried to fix it.

I heard my father laugh. *blushes* So embarrassing! *dashes off*
I ran like a child, feeling embarrassed, but then I stopped by the windows and watched the rain pour. I'm on the third floor of the mansion, and I can see all the things below.

Huh? What's happening out there? It's already 6:30 PM, and people should be inside the mansion, but why is everyone outside? They look like they're in panic mode. The guards opened the gate, and my brother came in with a serious look on his face, but later on he came out again. Is there trouble?

I heard a loud noise near my father's office. I quickly ran towards his office, but then I overheard the knight's report.
*haults* What? How is that possible? My father made sure that they had enough protection to avoid another attack. The priests even put a protective shield around the villages to prevent Teras from entering.
*Bang! I heard a loud bang; it seems like my father slammed the table.
I hid behind a pillar near my father's office. The door was opened, which is why I could hear their conversation.
Spades? Wait a minute; I think I heard that word before. Ah! The book—maybe there's information about spades in the book. I stepped back and ran downstairs. It's a good thing no one is around when I reach the second floor. I go into my room and search for the book.
Where is it?
'Are you looking for this? ' I heard the real Estelle and saw her spirit beside me, holding the novel.
'Why do you need the book for? '
'No? What's that? '
'It sounds like people in that group have vengeful personalities.'
'Oh my, that's sad.'

A new character? But this character was never mentioned in the novel before. How could it show up now?

I went to check my closet and search through my stuff. I'm pretty sure I hid some teleportation scrolls here. It costs me a lot, but it's useful.

the real Estelle said while floating above my bed.

I tore the teleportation scroll, and the spell activated.
A strong, warm wind surrounded me, and I saw nothing but empty space.
Then a flash of light appeared so fast that I almost vomited, leading me to a bright light.
I closed my eyes, and when I opened them, I saw the Berkin village from above, surrounded by fire and monsters destroying everything.
Oh no.
F*ck, I'm up the sky; what should I do to land? I'M GOING TO FALL!
'This is a suicide mission!' - Gaia who was screaming.
I fell.
