Chapter 17 #2
Thrasik’s face contorted into a grinning snarl.
The hood along his neck shot out, throwing vibrant colors before her.
In any other situation this would have been a perfect distraction.
His entire body shivered as a few final pumps quaked from his hips.
Both thick members suddenly engorged inside, stretching her enough to throw her immediately over the chasm of pleasure.
Their combined girth made her eyes go wide and roll as thick and hot liquid blasted into her depths.
An inferno of flames danced behind Griselda’s eyes, pussy seizing and attempting to milk him for all he could give. A high moan sang from her. Her right leg began to shake uncontrollably. She attempted to close her thighs from coming in a manner like she’d never experienced.
“There’s my lovely songbird,” Thrasik soothed, his hands massaging down her legs.
For a brief moment, Griselda wondered if she’d be able to walk after this. No man had ever put her in such a position, or rocked her world so suddenly.
“Quite the delicious offering you have.” Her voice lazed as her vibrant emerald eyes tried desperately to focus on the naga before her.
A low grumble eased from him.
Reaching up to caress his flared hood, Griselda soothed the excess muscle back down before wrapping her arms around Thrasik’s neck. His head cocked to the side in confusion at being pulled closer to her face.
“Are you well?” he questioned, his lip pulled back in what she could only assume was a form of uncertainty.
“Does your kind know what ‘aftercare’ is?” Griselda bonked her nose against his snout.
“I’m not familiar.”
“That explains a lot, honestly. Well, think of it like tending one’s wounds after a fight,” she laughed, knowing it would be difficult to convey the meaning.
Thrasik’s tongue swiped out against her cheek, comfortingly warm. “You mean to be cared for. If it is what you desire, I’ll do my best.”
Before she could respond, he coiled tighter around their bodies.
His burly arms wrapped across her shoulders.
Nuzzling his snout into her neck, he turned inward and sighed.
Their connection was beyond comforting and made her heart soar into clouds she hadn’t ever known.
It felt as though a piece of her had finally been returned after years of missing and brought with it a golden segment of sun.
Turning to plant a long kiss on the side of his spiked face, Griselda pulled him into a tight hug and melted into his embrace. For such a large being he sure was soft in all the right places. And strong. And surprisingly cuddly after such an intense moment.
Maybe she had been wrong about him being a demon.
A sunbeam spread down around them, unveiling their joined figures in a swathe of brazen light. Thrasik’s oil slick scales shined like twisted gemstones.
Or maybe he was just the demon she had been needing.

The city of Silyre loomed in the distance.
Its tall cathedral style towers overshadowed every other building.
Ornate gables were visible even from the outskirts Griselda and Thrasik trekked.
They had long since found a winding pathway to follow instead of bee lining it the route they’d been going.
The grey stones beneath them hadn’t been cared for in some time, but somehow the moss and muck added an ancient appeal.
Griselda toyed with her braids. Her stomach was in knots.
After their heated, but much needed joining, Thrasik had become more protective of her.
But, that wasn’t the reason. She knew Silyre would either hold answers or more questions and it was an unfortunate truth she wasn’t positive she was ready to face just yet despite her prior determination.
Whatever lurked behind Silyre’s walls would possibly change her life forever.
Hells, it would change their lives. Both hers and Thrasik’s. And the villagers. If she truly found any information about the missing women, then she’d have to go back to the village and reveal her discoveries. Even if it meant facing Oglen and dealing with further drastic punishments.
That’s if he let’s you leave his side… Or if he’s willing to go with you.
Knowing that she’d fully signed her life to him made a spark flare through her soul. Even if he didn’t allow her to leave his side, she would just make him come along an play body guard. Not like the village didn’t have a healthy respect for his abilities after the whole ordeal.
She peered over at Thrasik.
His face was currently extremely stern. It appeared he was deep in thought and wasn’t fully aware of his surroundings.
Those typically piercing eyes of his were shadowed by his spiked eyebrows and glimmered like recessed topaz.
Some of his teeth jaggedly poked over his lips while his mouth was drawn in a straight line.
Maybe he was thinking the same as her.
