CHAPTER22 [FINALLY]

The mansion was glowing with lights, laughter, and celebration. Everything looked perfect from the outside.

Arjun and Sana’s wedding rituals had just been completed. Smiles, blessings, happiness—everything was in place.

Now, it was time for the next wedding.

Vihaan and Aarohi.

Vihaan’s mother had already announced to everyone that her younger son’s wedding was also fixed today, turning the night into a double celebration.

Meanwhile, Vihaan quietly enters from the back gate, holding Aarohi firmly as he takes her straight to the bridal room.

He leaves her there and says in a low, warning tone,

“Koi chalaki nahi… warna anjaam accha nahi hoga.” (No smart moves… or the consequences won’t be good.)

Within minutes, security is tightened around the room.

Vihaan fixes his expression, composes himself, and walks into the hall like nothing ever happened.

His mother immediately notices him and says,

“Khud ki shaadi mein bhi itna late?” (Late even for your own wedding?)

Vihaan smirks slightly and replies,

“Ab my lady, traffic ka kya karu… itni hoti hai.” (What can I do about the traffic, my lady… it’s always this bad.)

He then walks toward Arjun.

“Shaadi mubarak, bhai.” (Congratulations on your wedding, brother.)

Arjun smiles and hugs him.

But the moment Sana’s eyes fall on Vihaan… she freezes.

Shock spreads across her face.

She recognizes him.

But she stays silent.

On the other side…

Inside the bridal room, Aarohi feels like her entire world has shattered.

Her own mother…

how could she do this to her?

Tears stream endlessly from her eyes.

Soon, she is brought outside.

Her face covered with a veil.

For everyone, it was just another beautiful bride walking toward her wedding.

But beneath that veil…

her eyes were flooded like a river that refused to stop.

Shayari:

“Dil ko bech diya unhone, muskurahat ke daam par,

Apno ne hi toda hai, is baar har ek bharam yaar…

Jis ghar ko samjha tha panaah, wahi qaid ban gaya,

Jis rishton pe tha yakeen, wahi sab dhokha ban gaya…

Aaj phir sajayi gayi hoon, par khushi ke liye nahi,

Kisi aur ki zidd ke liye, khud ko mitaane ke liye… "
