Chapter Eleven
Kai
"Don't you think I should be the one to tell Penny when I can go and do something?" Kai asked Marco later. They were in his room while Marco grabbed the clothes Kai indicated and folded and packed them into some old luggage Penny had stashed somewhere.
"No, if I'm going to be your Daddy then I'll expect you to ask if and when you can do something.
There won't be many times I'll say no if you're worried about that.
I just want to know if you'll be safe. I'll especially want to know where you'll be and how long you'll expect to be out.
Especially now that your arm is broken and you're taking pain pills.
Now, we have plenty of Big boy clothes. Where are your Little clothes?
"They are in that wardrobe," Kai blushed but he supposed that if he was to spend time in Little space while he was with Marco he'd need clothes and toys. "Can I help gather up some toys?"
"Of course, baby, be careful of your arm though."
"Yes, Daddy," Kai rolled his eyes then froze. Marco was in the middle of folding some sleep shirts and had frozen with a smile on his face.
"I like hearing that name on your lips." Kai smiled shyly as Marco continued folding his clothes. He slid off his bed and started gathering some toys and stuffies that were scattered around. He heard a drawer opening and a soft "What is this?"
"What's what?" Kai asked as he turned from placing his sleeping stuffy, Truck Man, on top of everything.
He froze when he realized Marco was holding one of his favorite dildos.
It was thick and long and had a suction cup on the end.
It was also a rainbow as Kai liked to see how far down he could go and measure with the colors.
"I. I. I..." His face must resemble a tomato at this point. He'd forgotten that the very last drawer in his wardrobe had all his sex toys in it.

"What's wrong, piccolo?" Marco sauntered over to Kai wearing a sexy-as-sin smirk. "Are you embarrassed?"
"Y-yes!" Kai's breath was coming out in short bursts as Marco stopped in front of him. He put a finger under Kai's chin and tilted until Kai was staring at his forest green eyes.
"There's nothing to be embarrassed about. It's very healthy to have toys. Do you take this in your little ass?" Kai gulped and nodded.
"That's very good, I'm about the same size as this so that bodes well for if we have a sexual relationship."
Kai was so turned on by Marco's expression and their earlier kiss that he was about to drop his pants and present himself for a good fucking. Kai wasn't a top and he was sure that Marco would feel amazing inside him.
"I also practice my blow job skills on it," Kai whispered. Marco ran a finger over Kai's lips as his eyebrows arched.

"That's a good boy," Marco rumbled, "We'll talk more about that later when we get home." Kai licked his lips and was rewarded when Marco's eyes snapped to his lips and a rumbling sound came from Marco's chest. Kai felt like he was a magnet being pulled toward its other half.
"Hey, I wanted to ask if you'd like to take some Legos with you?" Penny asked as she opened the door. She was looking down and frowning at her phone as she asked. Kai gasped and Marco leaned over the luggage quickly.
"Penny! Knock!" Kai yelled. Penny looked up in surprise and then blushed when she saw Marco and Kai so close together.
"Oh, shit, I'm sorry, I... I don't know why I didn't knock." Thank God Marco was fast and the dildo wasn't anywhere Penny could see.
"It's okay, honey, no harm done. I think the luggage is very full as it is. I have some Lego sets and I can always get more if needed." Marco said and zipped up the very full luggage.
"Here, I don't think this little guy would enjoy being suffocated in the full bag." Kai took Truck Man from Marco and hugged him to his chest with his good arm.
"Oh, of course not, I'm sorry Truck Man, I wasn't thinking."
"He definitely forgives you," Penny smiled at Truck Man. Kai had had him since they were very little kids and both of them had fond memories.
"It looks like you're ready to go," Penny smiled but it wasn't as wide as her normal smile. Kai smiled and gave her a big hug with both of his arms and immediately regretted as his arm throbbed painfully.
"It's okay, Pen, I'll be fine and we can text every day."
"You're right, plus, I'm sure your Daddy won't mind if I come over a lot!" Penny hugged him back and smiled widely again.
"Anytime, sweetheart, just text to make sure we’re not busy." Kai blushed and Penny just nodded.
Penny walked them to Marco’s car and after one last hug Marco drove out of the apartment complex’s parking lot. Kai was quiet for a few minutes while he tried to process everything that had happened since he woke up this morning.
He broke his arm.
He has a Daddy.
He’s going to be living with Marco.
Marco is his Daddy. At least for the next six weeks.
At least for now he won’t be living with Penny. That by itself was hard to process.
“Everything okay, piccolo?”
“Yeah, just a lot has happened in a short amount of time.”
“I understand, it's very overwhelming.” Marco gently ran his fingers down the top part of Kai’s arm.
“Yes, especially…”
“Especially, what, baby?”
“Being away from Penny. We haven't spent this much time away from each other in years. Not since we were 10.” Kai closed his mouth and looked out the window.
“What happened when you were 10? You don't have to tell me if you don't want to. I won't force you to share things you'd rather keep secret.” Kai smiled at Marcoo and decided to take the plunge.
“Well, you know we are fraternal twins right?”
“Yeah, I've heard you mention it to Mary before.”
“Well technically that's not true. I mean, we were born the exact same day and I was born two minutes after Penny but we don't have the same mother. Penny’s mom died in childbirth and my father died in a car crash on his way to the hospital when my mom was giving birth to me.”
“Really? That must have been so hard for each of your families.” Marco had a calm and gentle comfort tone to it and it helped Kai get out the next part.
“It was, my mom and Penny's dad met in a support group for widows and widowers when we were 3.
At first they were friends, they did almost everything together, me and Penny got along really well.
About 2 years later when we were 5 we sat them down and told them we'd decided they should get married.” Marco laughed as he navigated the roads.
“Oh man, I can see your parents now.”
“Yeah, they were shocked. But after they'd put us down; all of us had moved in at this point and were roommates. They talked it through and decided to go on a date. They were married 2 months later.”
“Wow.”
“Yeah, well when you know you know, I guess.
Anyway, I loved Penny's dad and she loved my mom so we naturally started calling them by ‘Mom’ and ‘Dad’ and we lived like that for the next five years. Just a lotta love and laughter. Until…” Kai gulped.
“Until Mom and Dad got into a car accident.
They died a few hours later in the hospital.
We were over at our Nan's when it happened.
Child services came the day after the funeral and took Penny away.
They'd decided that Nan wasn't fit to raise her as she wasn't Penny's biological grandmother. Nan, naturally, thought otherwise. It took her two years of fighting the system until she finally won custody of Penny.” Sighing, Kai looked around and was surprised to find them parked in front of a one story craftsman style home and a detached garage.
The outside was a baby blue and had a porch with a swing on it.
Kai really wanted to sit on that swing so bad.
“Is that why you and Penny haven't been separated since then?” Marco asked, bringing Kai's attention back to him.
“Yes, it was very hard on us. For about a year after that we refused to sleep in separate bedrooms. And for the whole of Penny's teenage years she was a different person.
Not as bubbly or carefree as she is now.
I don't know what happened with her previous foster family as she's never told me but it can't have been good.”
“Im glad that she's the sweet, bubbly person that she is now. A lot of people have seen that and will want to dull it. She's strong for not letting that happen. I promise any time you or Penny want to hang out I'll do everything in my power to let that happen.”
“Thank you, Daddy.” Kai smiled at Marco. Calling him Daddy was getting easier.
“Its time to get all your things in the house and ill give you a tour then…”
“Then?”
“Then we'll talk about rules.”
