25. Creed

Chapter 25

Creed

“ L ong time no see, stranger.” Dee gave me a sultry grin, opening her door wider and letting me in.

“Yeah…you been good?” I asked, stepping into the house with my hands in my pockets. I paused and turned to face her.

I didn’t get the chance to talk to her before I left to go back to New Haven but it was time to end things with us. My feelings for Nakyra were growing and I didn’t want her to have any reason to doubt that.

“I have. You haven’t been to the club lately either. Everything okay?” She stepped forward and reached out to run her hand down my chest. I caught it in the air and stared down at her.

“Yeah, just been busy. Look, Dee?—”

“You’re ending this, huh?” The smile on her face didn’t show she was upset, it held understanding instead.

I released her wrist. “Yeah, I am.”

She nodded slowly and bounced her eyes around my face. “It’s Nakyra, right?”

I raised a brow and she chuckled. “You think I didn’t notice the evil eye she was shooting me during our meeting. I appreciate her keeping things professional but it’s clear there’s something between you two. I just hate that I’m about to lose a client now.” Her head shook.

A smirk split my face. “You be easy, Dee. It was fun.” I went to leave.

“You too… and Cree—” she called out just as I reached for her front door. “If things don’t work out, you have my number.”

Laughing under my breath, I opened the door and stepped into the cool air.

“What are we doing here?” Nakyra asked. I turned my truck off and turned to face her.

“Since you’re feeling better, I thought you could use a pick me up and get out of the house.” Nakyra had been in her feelings since receiving the news about her ear. That was three days ago.

“You mentioned before you wanted to do a paint and sip right?” If there was anything I’d learned, it was that she wasn’t hard to please. So I found something I knew she would enjoy and got us tickets.

She squinted at me and turned to look at the building. We were on The Shore, at this wine shop. The store offered a variety of different wines, coffees, and food. They often held different craft nights people could sign up for, along with wine tastings, and could be rented out for private events. Tonight they were hosting a couples’ paint and sip night. As soon as I saw the tickets, I didn’t hesitate to purchase.

“I’ve only been to this place a couple times since it opened. I can’t believe you did this.” She undid her seat belt and leaned over the center console to hug me tightly.

Grinning, I hugged her back. “It was no problem. Just wanted to make you smile.”

Nakyra pulled back, smiling at me. “This is one way to do it.”

“And your ear isn’t bothering you, is it?”

She shook her head. “I’m good. Promise.”

“Then let’s go.” I released her, grabbed my phone out the cupholder, then opened the door and walked to her side to open hers.

She grabbed my open hands and I locked the doors behind her before we headed toward the building. I heard the light splashing of the waves from the beach where we were. I pulled Nakyra into me and tucked her into my side. It was a tad bit cooler close to the water.

“It’s about time y’all showed up!” Camilla complained when we stepped in the building.

“What are you two doing here?” Nakyra asked, pulling away from me and bouncing her eyes between Camilla and Dylan.

“Camilla was concerned about you and when I mentioned to Dylan I was bringing you here, she invited herself.” I wasn’t sure if the two had made up, but they must have been on better terms if Dylan agreed to come tonight.

Camilla rolled her eyes. “It’s called a double date.” She pulled away from Dylan and stepped toward us, looping her arm through Nakyra’s arm. “You had me worried, girl. You okay?” She walked away, taking Nakyra with her. They headed in the direction of the counter where you could order food and drinks.

“Did your girlfriend just steal my date?” I asked.

Dylan shook his head. “I’m just here so I don’t have to hear her mouth later.”

“Trouble in paradise still?” We started toward the girls.

“Nah.” He ran his hand down his mouth. “We just need to reconnect. This been a tough year for us and I feel like we lost us.”

“Hurry up so you two can pay!” Camilla called out.

The corners of Dylan’s mouth lifted. “I’d be a fool to lose her, no matter how crazy she drives me.”

When we got to the counter I pulled my wallet out of my coat pocket. “I got this round.” I pulled my card out.

“You guys don’t want any wine?” Nakyra asked.

“I’m not a wine drinker,” Dylan said.

“Nah, I’ma do a hot chocolate,” I said.

Camilla shrugged. “Suit yourself.”

The cashier told me the total and I handed her the card. “Do we scan our tickets here too?”

“Yes.” She handed my card back and tapped the screen. Dylan and I both pulled our phones out to pull up our e-tickets.

“What are we painting?” Nakyra asked.

“It’s a pumpkin, sunflowers, and I think some hay.” The girl used the scanner to scan the phones. “Your drinks will be brought to you. Here’s your number. Pick any open canvas.” She handed Nakyra a metal holder with a number on top.

A few people were already in attendance, sitting and chatting to themselves.

“Oh there’s some by each other.” Camilla pointed. We followed her and Nakyra. Dylan and I sat on the outside while the girls sat by each other in the middle.

“I’ve never been on a double date before,” Nakyra confessed, turning toward me.

“No? My ex always used to drag me on them. She was overly social at times.”

“Weren’t a fan?”

I shrugged, pulling my peacoat off. “Every once in a while is cool. I would rather it be just us though.”

“I’ll have to remember that.” She grinned.

“Did you hear Jrue and Lady K’s new song? They snapped together,” Camilla asked.

“No. I didn’t know they dropped anything,” Nakyra told her.

“Girl, what? You’re missing out! It’s been on replay all day.”

“The song just released and I’m already tired of the shit,” Dylan complained.

“Oh hush.” Camilla rolled her eyes and pulled her phone out. “Look.” She hit play on the phone and the song started.

“Here’s your drinks.” One of the workers came over and grabbed the number holder after setting out drinks on the table in front of us.

“Oh I’m gonna have to download that. They did snap,” Nakyra agreed.

“Told you, chica.” She grabbed her wine glass and took a sip. “So…” Camilla started, setting the glass down then lifting her hands and signing. I tried to keep up with what she was saying but her hands were moving too quickly so I only caught some of it.

Nakyra tucked her lips into her mouth, glanced at me, and started signing back. I squinted and glanced at Dylan, who shrugged.

“Y’all asses bet not be talking shit,” he commented.

“Mind your business, bae!”

Whatever they were talking about caused Nakyra’s cheeks to flush.

A lady walked to the center of the room and announced, “Okay everyone, we’re getting ready to get started!”

“Oh thank God.” Nakyra grabbed her wine and took a large swallow.

Camilla laughed and grabbed her glass as well.

The instructor went over how everything was going to go down tonight. “Along with your paint kits there will be a card with a few different wines from you to choose from that’s included with your ticket. It’s one glass per guest.”

Nakyra’s eyes grew more excited when the workers came around passing out the supplies. R&B started playing overhead. The area we were in had filled to about twelve people.

Conversation formed between the four of us. The vibe in the room was tranquilizing. While I wasn’t a creative person, I didn’t mind tonight since Nakyra seemed to be having a good time. Although she wasn’t invited personally, Camilla inviting herself turned out to be a good thing. Dylan informed us, more so me, about the custom paint job he was about to do to his car.

Overall, the date was a success. Nakyra, at least for a little bit, forgot about her bad news from her doctor and laughed and smiled more than I’d seen her do since we left her appointment.

____

“I had such a good time tonight. Thank you!” Nakyra gushed, hugging my arm as we walked to the front door with a lazy smile on her face. Our paintings were still in the back of my truck, laid out on the seat, since they were still wet.

“Did you?” I grinned, using my key to unlock the door.

“Yes! It was fun having Camilla and Dylan there too. However, I would have liked just the two of us, somewhere private.” She turned toward me once we were inside and pressed her body into me.

My arms went around her waist. “Don’t start something you can’t finish, Nakyra.”

A sneaky grin split her face. “I’ve never been a quitter.” She leaned up and kissed me deeply. I knew she wasn’t drunk because she only had a glass and a half of wine. She might have had a slight buzz, but nothing I was too concerned about.

Bella approached us, whining, gaining our attention.

I pulled back and licked my lips. “Go upstairs and wait for me. I’ma let her out then be up there.”

She pecked my lips again. “Okay.” She leaned down and rubbed Bella’s head. “Hey Bella girl.”

I watched Nakyra as she walked toward the steps. “C’mon, Bella.” I patted my leg and headed down the hallway. While I waited for Bella to handle her business, an idea popped into my head. I collected a couple things from the kitchen and locked up once Bella was back inside.

“Bella, bed,” I commanded before walking to the stairs.

Walking straight to my bedroom, I pushed the door open and closed it behind me. My tongue dragged across my lips when I laid eyes on Nakyra in the center of the bed in nothing but her birthday suit.

“Damn you’re fine as hell.” I started toward the bed. A sultry smile formed on her face as she leaned up, balancing on her forearms. I set the glass and water bottle I brought up on the nightstand and started undressing. My eyes trailed down her body from her head to her toes.

“I wanna try something tonight.” I tossed my boxers to the side and crawled onto the bed. Hovering over her I kissed her neck then moved up to her lips.

“What?” she rasped, as her breathing picked up.

“Do you trust me?” I kissed the corner of her mouth.

She bobbed her head. “Of course.”

“Good. Do you remember the safe words?”

“The stop light system.”

“Right, the stop light system. I want to blindfold you tonight. That cool with you?”

Nakyra stared into my eyes with low eyelids. “Yes.”

Lifting one of my hands, I brushed it over her ears. “I want you to take these out too.”

Confusion covered her face. “Then I won’t be able to hear.”

I pecked the corner of her lips again and lifted. “I want to do something called sensation play. You asked me what I enjoyed in this lifestyle. I told you I’m a sensual top and this is more my lane, you just gotta trust me.”

Nakyra blinked a few times. Small breaths fell from her mouth and she swallowed hard.

“You can say no. I won’t be mad.”

Her head shook. “No, let’s do it.”

“You sure?”

She nodded and reached up, but I grabbed her wrist. “I’m going to restrain your hands, so if your words escape you and you need to get my attention, snap your fingers once for slow down and twice for stop, okay? You already know with two snaps everything stops, no questions asked.”

“Okay.”

My fingers brushed through her curls. “I really love your hair like this.” I kissed her deeply.

When I pulled up, I climbed off the bed and went to my closet to grab a couple things out of it.

My dick was already starting to brick in my briefs as I collected what I needed and turned to the bed again. Going into the nightstand, I grabbed my lighter and lit the candle I’d gotten from the closet and set it on top. Next, I tied the blindfold in my hand around Nakyra’s eyes. Before I covered her eyes, she watched me with trusting and passion-filled eyes. Her aids were on the nightstand. She lay with her head by the headboard. After covering her eyes, I restrained her hands in the same ties as before, but this time I was keeping her feet loose.

Starting off slow, I slipped my stimulation glove on and poured lube on it, rubbing my fingers together to smear it. Next, I grabbed one of the ice cubes out of the glass I’d brought up from the kitchen. Her body twitched when I leaned down and kissed between the valley of her breasts. Lifting, I used the ice cube on her breast, circling it around her hardened nipple. Water dripped down her breast. She moaned and arched up. Her hands balled into fists and her lips parted when I followed up with my tongue.

The palm of my gloved hand went across her other breast. It was equipped with stimulation rings which she obviously enjoyed from the way her body quivered and her moans grew louder.

“You’re so responsive. I thought your nipples weren’t sensitive, but they like to be played with.” I sucked hard on the bud and pulled up with a loud pop. They were red, swollen, and could cut diamonds right now.

I grabbed another ice cube and went to the other breast. Moving the gloved hand between her legs and using my thumb to tease her clit first, I then pushed my middle finger inside her tight tunnel. She cried out and clenched around me. Her head went back into the pillow and she tugged on the restraints. Her body writhed and twisted. The middle finger was for intense pleasure when I added it and circled her nipple with the ice cube. Her toes curled, her hips thrusted up, and her body shook. My dick was leaking and soaked the front of my briefs. Hearing her pants and moans had me ready to bust prematurely.

Nakyra came. There was no need to use more lube because her juices flooded my glove.

“Oh baby, you don’t even know it, but I’m just getting started.” I licked up her breast until I got to her neck. Taking away her main senses made her pleasure ten times more intense and the way her body responded was a beautiful sight.
