Chapter 25
It has been a couple of days since Shivansh's birthday.
In the evening,
Shivansh and Ruhanika came back from the cafe. After freshening up, Ruhanika was going downstairs when Shivansh called her.
Shivansh,"Ruhh!"
Ruhanika,"Ji."
Shivansh,"Kuch baat karni thi tumse. Baitho na."
Ruhanika,"Kya baat hai Shiv?"
Shivansh,"Woh, aaj lawyer se milne gaya tha main. Usne papers diye mujhe. Papa ki property k maine 3 hisse karva diye hai. Raj ko 50% aur Aarav aur Aaru ko 25% k hisse karvaye hai. Thik hai na?"
Ruhanika,"Ji."
Shivansh,"Kuch bolo toh Ruhh."
Ruhanika,"Kya bolu Shiv. Aapne sahi hi kiya hai."
Shivansh,"Tumhe pakka is baat se problem nahi hai na ki maine apne liye kuch nahi rakha?"
Ruhanika,"Nahi Shiv. Aapne sahi kiya hai. Aur promise mujhe koi problem nahi hai. Pakka wala!" With that she pinched her throat as a promise to which Shivansh chuckled and pecked her nose.
Ruhanika,"Ab niche chale? Bhook lagi hai Shiv."
Shivansh nodded and both of them came downstairs.
In the dining room.
Shivansh,"Mujhe aap sabse kuch baat karni hai. Dinner k baad thodi der."
The youngsters nodded but no one said anything as Shivansh's voice carried a seriousness.
After dinner.
All of them got settled in the living room. Mrs. Rajvansh was going in her room when Shivansh called her.
Shivansh,"Agar aap bhi ruk jaate toh achha hota."
Mrs. Rajvansh did not say anything just settled on the sofa.
Shivansh handed over the property papers to Rajveer, Aarav and Aarohi.
All of them were confused yet read the papers. Rajveer was the first to react.
Rajveer,"Bhai, yeh kyun, kaise?"
Aarav, Aarohi,"Bhai?"
Shivansh nodded his head looking at them.
Rajveer,"Bhabhi, Bhai ko samjhaiye, yeh unka hai."
Ruhanika was about to speak,"Bhai.." but Mrs. Rajvansh cut her to it and spoke,"Kya hai papers mein Raj?"
Rajveer,"Maa, bhai ne papa ki property hum teeno k naam kardi!!"
Aarohi,"Ansh Bhaiye, hum yeh nahi le sakte. Bade Papa ne aapko diya tha yeh."
Mrs. Rajvansh,"Chup raho Aarohi. Jo hua hai sahi hua hai. Mere pati ki property pe isi ghar k bachho ka haq hai."
Rajveer,"Nahi Maa. Papa ne apni property Bhai k naam kuch soch kar ki thi. Yeh hum nahi le sakte bhai."
Surekha,"Raj beta, ispe tumhara haq hai. Ghar k sadasya ki property ka haq ghar walo ko hi milta hai."
Ruhanika felt a pang in her heart listening to them talk like Shivansh was not a part of their family. But she deicided to keep quiet as discussing it hurts Shivansh and she knows it. She could never hurt her Shiv.
Chachaji,"Ansh beta, tumne yeh faisla kuch soch samajh kar hi liya hoga par kya main jaan sakta hun ki yeh tumne kyun kiya?"
Shivansh,"Ji Chachu. Woh Papa ki will mein jab mujhe sari property ka waris aur company ka CEO banaya tha tab likha tha ki mujhe CEO ki post main jab tak sambhalne k kaabil hun sambhalni hai. Main jab tak retirement age tak na pohochu tab tak post nahi chhod sakta. Lekin ab jab maine CEO ki post chhod di hai toh will k against decision toh liya gaya hai na. Will breach hui hai toh maine lawyer se baat ki aur unhone kaha ki possible hai property transfer karna toh maine aadhi property Raj ko aur aadhi Aaru aur Aarav ko dedi."
After hearing this, Aarav who had not uttered a word till now spoke up.
Aarav,"Ansh Bhai, aap aisa kaise kar sakte ho. Aapne humein us din bataya tha ki Bade Papa ne apna sab kuch aapke naam kyun kiya tha. Woh unhone aapki security k liye kiya tha. Aapki safety k liye tha woh bhai. Aapne yeh thik nahi kiya."
Shivansh,"Kaisi security Aarav? Mera aur Ruhh ka furture secured hi hai. Maine waise bhi aaj tak Papa ki property main se kuch nahi liye. Humara cafe hai, meri CEO ki position se ki gai earnings hai jisse maine invest kiya hai property mein, meri FDs hai. Sab hai Aarav. Aur kabhi zaroorat padi emergency mein toh kya tu apne Bhai ko madad nahi karega?"
Aarav,"Bhai..."
Mrs. Rajvansh,"Aarav, bas bohot hua. Tum logo ko tumhara haq hi mila hai. Kisi ne koi ehsaan nahi kiya hai."
Surekha,"Waise bhi, kisi ka haq maar kar koi kabhi khush nahi raha. Tabhi tum teeno ko tumhara haq wapis mila hai."
Rajveer,"Maa, Chachi, bas. Aur Bhai.."
Shivansh,"Tum teeno ko meri kasam hai. Yeh rakh lo. Please..." With that, he joined his hand which were pulled by Rajveer immediately.
Rajveer, Aarav, Aarohi,"Bhai..."
Rajveer,"Bhai, aisa mat kijiye. Aur hum yeh rakh lenge."
Parinidhi,"Veer, lekin."
Rajveer,"Don't worry Idhi. Bhai ne property di hai, uska kya karna hai woh main decide karunga."
Parinidhi understood the meaning behind his words and did not press further.
Shivansh also did not speak anything as it was their decision, what to do with the property.
After that, everyone retired to their room.
In Shivansh and Ruhanika's room.
Both of them were on the bed after freshening up. Ruhanika was curled up besides Shivansh.
Ruhanika,"Shiv, kya kare?"
Shivansh,"Matlab?"
Ruhanika,"Arey abhi. Mujhe neend nahi aa rahi. Aur aapko bhi nahi aa rahi na?"
Shivansh,"Nahi aa rahi."
Ruhanika,"Achha yeh bataiye. Aapko babies pasand hai?"
Shivansh,"Hmm... Yeh sawal kaha se aaya?"
Ruhanika,"Woh aap fresh ho rahe the tab main reels dekh rahi thi na. Toh babies wali reels aa rahi thi isiliye."
Shivansh,"Achha. Waise ha mujhe babies pasand hai Ruhh. Yeh batao tumhe babies chahiye?"
Ruhanika blushed and nodded. Shivansh lifted her chin towards himself and spoke,"Kya meri Ruhh sharma rahi hai?"
Ruhanika,"Kya Shiv aap bhi. Mujhe tang mat kijiye."
Shivansh,"Ho Tang Karne Ka Tose Nata Hai Gujariyaaa, Tang Karne Ka."
Ruhanika giggled at him.
Shivansh kissed her cheek and asked,"Achha batao kitne babies chahiye?"
Ruhanika got excited over the topic and climbed on Shivansh's lap.
Ruhanika,"Mujhe toh do babies chahiye. Ek baby boy aur ek baby girl. Phir main baby ko cute cute kapde pehnaungi. Aur aapko pata hai jab humari beti hogi na toh main aur humari baby matching kapde pehnenge. Aur aapke aur humare bete k matching kapde lenge. Phir hum unke saath pura din khelenge. Aur na..."
Shivansh who was staring at her talking about kids interupted her and spoke,"Shhh, Ruhh. Break maro. Abhi bachhe hue nahi hai humare."
Ruhanika,"Achha bataiye aapko kitne baby chahiye aur kab?"
Shivansh,"Mujhe bhi ek beta aur ek chotu Ruhh chahiye. Aur abhi time hai Ruhh. Shaadi ko ek saal bhi nahi hua hai humare. Aur baby toh jab hone honge ho hi jayenge. Zyada mat sochna."
Ruhanika nodded enthusiastically.
After that both of them slept in each others arms.
Next day.
At the Cafe.
Shivansh was by the counter and Ruhanika was in the kitchen.
A customer came in and the bell by the door rang. She came to the counter.
Girl,"Hey.".
Shivansh nodded at her. Though Shivansh was lovey dovey with his Ruhh, he still was the old aloof Shivansh for the world.
Girl,"1 Iced coffee and.....what do you prefer for a snack?"
Shivansh,"All the items are great, you can choose one." He realised the girl was trying to flirt.
Girl,"Offo, main regular customer hun. Tum thoda toh special treatment de sakte ho na. By the way, this is for you." While saying this, she slid a paper towards Shivansh, who without seeing it returned it to her.
Shivansh,"Dekhiye, I am married. So please behave yourself."
Girl,"But you can call me anytime." And she winked at Shivansh.
Shivansh,"Dekhiye Miss. Behave yourself."
Meanwhile, Ruhanika came to the counter.
Ruhanika,"Kya hua Shiv. Aap inka order kyun nahi le rahe?"
Before Shivansh could respond, the girl spoke up.
Girl,"Main isse kuch baat kar rahi hun. Please excuse us."
Ruhanika confusingly stared at Shivansh.
Shivansh,"Dekhiye Miss. Please jaiye yaha se. Aur yeh meri wife hai."
Ruhanika,"Shiv, kya baat hai? Aap inhe jaane ko kyun keh rahe hai?"
Shivansh,"Ruhh, yeh woh-woh yeh..."
Ruhanika,"Shiv, yeh woh kya?"
Girl,"Mujhe yeh achha lagta hai aur main isko dekhne hi yaha aati hun."
Ruhanika gasped and spoke,"Tumhari himmat kaise hui mere Shiv pe nazar daalne ki. Yeh kabse keh rahe hai ki aap jaiye yaha se aapko samajh nahi aa raha. Jao ab yaha se aur aaj k baad mere Shiv k aas pass mat dikhna aap."
The girl turned away and left getting enough humiliation as the people in cafe were staring at her only.
After she left, Ruhanika turned to Shivansh and spoke,"Aur aap itne der se uske saath baat kar rahe the. Nikaal dena chahiye na usko."
Shivansh,"Par Ruhh maine kya kiya? Maine toh usko mana kiya tha par woh ja hi nahi rahi thi aur baat kiya jaa rahi thi. Tumhari kasam Ruhh maine usko koi bhav nahi diya tha. Promise."
Ruhanika,"Aap baat mat kijiye mujhse."
Shivansh,"Ruhh suno toh..." But she paid no heed and went inside the kitchen.
Shivansh,"Ruhh maaf bhi kardo na please."
But Ruhanika gave no attention to him.
Shivansh,"Aise naraz mat raho na Ruhh. Achha tum jo saza dogi main manunga. Uthak baithak karu? Ye lo."
With that he started doing sit ups but Ruhanika stopped him in middle.
Ruhanika,"Yeh kya kar rahe hai aap?"
Shivansh,"Maaf kardo!! Please!"
Ruhanika,"Main aapse naraz nahi hu. Par aise hi koi ladki aapse aisi baat kaise kar sakti hai. Aapki shaadi ho gai hai mujhse."
Shivansh,"Bilkul ho gai hai Ruhh aur main sirf aur sirf tumhara hi hun. Yeh nachiz sirf aap hi ka hai mohtarma!"
Ruhanika giggled at his words and Shivansh hugged her and pecked her forehead murmuring 'I Love You.'
