1 month later.

At night,

Ruhanika and Shivansh's bedroom.

Shivansh was doing something in his laptop when Ruhanika entered the room.

Shivansh,"Aa gayi Ruhh?! Pari ko jo kaam tha woh ho gaya?"

Ruhanika hurridly jumped on the bed near him and spoke,"Aapko pata hai, Pari ko na mujhse Gulab Jamun banane sikhne the. Raj bhaiya ki b'day hai na 5 dino baad uske liye. Woh unko surprise karna chahti hai. Aur aapko pata hai uski cooking skills kitni kharab hai. Pehle kuch jamun toh jal hi gaye aur usko bhi thoda sa jal gaya haath pe lekin woh Bhai k liye Gulab Jamun bana k hi manne wali hai. Aap Bhai ko batana mat ha."

Shivansh,"Toh tum dono abhi woh kar rahe the kitchen mein?"

Ruhanika,"Haa. Lekin aaj kuch thik nai hua. Jitna batter banaya tha na usmein se mostly toh jal hi gaye Pari se. Ek hi khane layak tha. Lekin hum roz banayenge na toh woh Bhai k b'day tak banana sikh jaayegi."

Shivansh,"Dekhna Ruhh, tum dono ka khayal rakhna. Tumhe jale na."

Ruhanika nodded obediently and asked,"Waise aap yeh kya kar rahe hai?"

Shivansh,"Main soch raha hun ki ek business start karu. Cafe ka kaam achhe se chal raha hai, tum sambhal hi rahi ho. Toh..."

Ruhanika,"Shiv, yeh toh bohot achhi baat hai. Kiska business karenge aap?"

Shivansh,"Software developing company Ruhh. Maine Software engineering ki hai MBA k saath."

Ruhanika,"Yeh toh achhi baat hai Shiv. Aapka talent waste nahi hona chahiye."

Shivansh,"Tum karogi support? Dogi mera saath?"

Ruhanika,"Ab toh yeh haath 7 janamo k liye thama hai Shiv. Jaha saath chahiye waha saath dungi Shiv."

Shivansh took her in a hug and started working on the laptop.

After that, both of them slept in each other's embrace.

8 Months Later.

In these 8 months, Shivansh's business is doing well. Ruhanika's cafe has a florishing business. And, the family got to know 3 months ago that Rajveer and Parinidhi are expecting a baby.

Evening time.

Ruhanika and Parinidhi were in Parinidhi's room chatting. Shivansh was at his office. Rajveer and Aarav were at their office and Aarohi was out with her friends.

Parinidhi,"Bhabhi, aapne aur Bhai ne kuch socha Baby ka?"

Ruhanika,"Humnein kuch plan nahi kiya hai."

Parinidhi,"Aapko chahiye na Bhabhi baby?"

Ruhanika,"Ha. Main Shiv se kehne wali hu is baare mein sochne k liye lekin abhi nahi keh sakti."

Parinidhi,"Kyun nahi Bhabhi. Kitna achha hoga humare baby almost same age k honge."

Ruhanika,"Tum Shiv ko mat batana lekin kuch dino se meri tabiyaat thik nahi hai. Unko kahungi toh hospital le jaayenge, phir injection aur dawai khani padti hai."

Parinidhi,"Kya hua hai Bhabhi aapko?"

Ruhanika,"Weakness hai. I think PMS hai. Periods aane wale honge na isiliye. Is baar late ho gaye hai na."

Parinidhi,"Bhabhi, periods miss ho gaye, kahin aap pregnant toh nahi?"

Ruhanika,"Aisa kaise ho sakta hai Pari? Ho sakta hai kya?"

Parinidhi did a little dance and spoke,"Check karke pata chalega!" She took out a test kit from her wardrobe and gave it to Ruhanika to check who went to her room.

After sometime, both were waiting for the results. Soon, Ruhanika checked it and squeled loudly.

Ruhanika,"Pariiiii...."

Parinidhi,"Congrats Bhabhi."

Ruhanika,"Shiv bohot khush honge."

Parinidhi,"Aap Bhai ko phone karengi abhi?"

Ruhanika,"Nahi nahi. Kal sunday haina. Toh raat ko hum date pe jaa rahe hai. Tab bataungi Shiv ko."

After that, Ruhanika safely kept the kit in her wardrobe such that no one can see it, and both of them came to the living room.

Next day.

After breakfast, all of them were sitting in the living room deciding on what to do as it was sunday.

Aarohi,"Shopping pe chalte hai. Sab saath mein kitna maza aayega."

Aarav,"Nahi main tere saath nahi aa raha. Tu bag uthvati hai 2-2 ghante ek ki dukaan mein rehti hai. Main sunday waste nahi karne wala."

Rajveer,"Aur Idhi ko bhi itna time mall mein chalna ghumna thik nahi."

Aarav,"Best plan hai chill karne ka ki hum movie dekhte hai. Mast popcorn k saath movie aur phir pizza order karenge."

Parinidhi,"Ha ha. Mujhe bhi pizza ka bada man hai. Veer ha boldo."

Rajveer nodded at her.

Ruhanika,"Thik hai toh main popcorn bana deti hu. Cheese wale thik hai?"

Aarav, Aarohi and Parinidhi nodded like excited kids.

Shivansh,"Chalo main tumhare saath chalta hu. Aarav home theater set karo."

Aarav nodded and went with Aarohi.

While going towards kitchen, Shivansh's phone rang.

Aman, Shivansh's PA at his firm,"Sir, woh jo hum Mr. Mehra ka project dekh rahe the toh usmein ek problem aa gayi hai. Unka abhi call aaya tha aur unhone milne ki baat ki hai. Kuch changes hai jo unhe urgent chahiye."

Shivansh,"Thik hai. Main aata hu."

After cutting the call, he turned to Ruhanika and spoke,"Ruhh, office jaana padega. Urgent hai."

Ruhanika,"Thik hai. Dhyaan se jaayega aur jaldi aayega."

Shivansh nodded and spoke,"Car ki keys kaha hai Ruhh?"

Ruhanika,"Arey woh toh humare room mein hai. Main leke aati hu."

Shivansh,"Ruko main lata hu."

Rajveer,"Bhai, meri car ki chabi yahi hai. Le jaiye."

Shivansh nodded and took the keys. He kissed Ruhanika's forehead and left for office.

Rajveer,"Aaiye Bhabhi, hum chalte hai. Bhai abhi aa jaayenge."

Ruhanika nodded and went to the kitchen.

On the other side,

Shivansh was driving and going towards his office when he realised that the breaks of his car has failed.

Shivansh,"F@&k, Damn it yeh breaks."

Shivansh diverted the car towards the seduled roadside and called their head security.

Shivansh,"Neeraj, meri baat dhyaan se suno. Meri car ki breaks fail ho gaye hai aur car ki speed control nahi rahi hai. Tum xyz wali road pe aao main wahi pe drive kar raha hu aur ghar pe kisi ko batana mat. Jaldi karo."

As soon as Shivansh had said that the breaks had failed, Neeraj was in the car and had started driving.

Shivansh was trying hard to get the car in control but the car was unmanageable. He had reached the highway while driving. But,

Neeraj was driving on the same highway when he came across a car accident. He realised it was Rajveer's car which Shivansh was driving. He stopped his car and went to the driving side.

Shivansh was badly injured in the car. His head was bleeding, there were glass shrads stuck in his face and hands. And his left hand was badly stuck between the two seats and a big glass piece was stuck there.

Neeraj carefully removed Shivansh from the car and made him lay in the backseat of his car. He came to the driving seat and started driving.

While driving, Neeraj dialed Rajveer's number.

Neeraj,"Hello Rajveer sir, Shivansh sir ka accident ho gaya hai aur main unhe City hospital leke jaa raha hu. Aap jaldi aa jaiye."

Rajveer,"Kaise? Achha hum abhi aate hai."

As Rajveer kept the phone, he met with 4 questioning gazes.

Aarav,"Kaha jaa rahe ho Bhaiya ab aap?"

Rajveer,"Ansh Bhai ka accident ho gaya hai."

Ruhanika gasped but couldn't speak anything.

Parinidhi shook Ruhanika and spoke,"Bhabhi, Bhai bilkul thik honge. Aap chinta mat kijiye."

Ruhanika,"Bhaiya mujhe please unke pass leke chaliye. Please Bhaiya mujhe mere Shiv k pass le chaliye."

Rajveer nodded and spoke,"Ji Bhabhi, Aarav chal. Aaru, tu Pari k saath yahi ruk aur uska dhyaan rakhna."

Aarohi,"Ji Bhai, aap phone karte rehna please."

Parinidhi nodded her head looking at Rajveer, their eyes silently conveying the gesture to be there for the family.

Ruhanika, Rajveer and Aarav left for the hospital. They reached almost at the same time when Neeraj had just laid Shivansh on the stretcher with the help of ward boys.

The three of them were shocked to see Shivansh in this condition. They quickly reached the Operation Theater. Ruhanika had held onto Shivansh's hand and when she felt his hand slip off when he was taken in OT, she lost her consciousness.

Aarav quickly held onto her and asked a nearby nurse to call a doctor to look at her.

After 1 hour,

Shivansh was still in OT with Rajveer and Neeraj standing outside OT and Aarav was with Ruhanika in a room where doctor has taken her blood sample for testing.

Rajveer got to know about breaks failed in his car and guilt consumed him that, an attack was meant for him and Shivansh was the one who had taken the blow.

In the room,

The doctor arrived there with Ruhanika's reports.

Doctor,"Mr. Aarav, Mrs. Ruhanika stress ki wajah se behosh ho gayi thi. Lekin chinta ki koi baat nahi hai, woh aur unka baby, dono thik hai."

Aarav,"Doctor, Baby?"

Doctor,"Ji, she is 3 weeks pregnant."

Aarav was happy to hear the news but the condition of his Bhai and Bhabhi did not even let a smile come on his face.

Ruhanika gained consciousness.

Doctor,"Mrs. Ruhanika, aap aur aapka baby bilkul thik hai. Chinta mat kijiye."

Ruhanika's hands quickly went to her belly.

Doctor,"Ji aap pregnant hai."

Ruhanika nodded her head. And the doctor left.

Aarav,"Bhabhi, Bhai ko yeh news jaan k bohot khushi hogi. Waise aapko pata tha kya?"

Ruhanika nodded her head and spoke,"Kal hi pata chala tha. Aaj raat ko Shiv ko batana tha. Aarav mujhe unke pass le chalo please." And with that, tears started falling from her eyes.

Aarav pulled her in to a hug and spoke,"Bhabhi, Bhai bilkul thik ho jaayenge. Aap himmat rakhiye please."

Ruhanika,"Mujhe unke pass le chalo Aarav."

Aarav nodded and both of them went towards the waiting area of OT.

As Rajveer saw them, he quickly came towards them and asked,"Bhabhi, aap thik hai ab?"

Ruhanika nodded.

Aarav,"Bhabhi pregnant hai Bhaiya."

Rajveer looked at Ruhanika and gave her a small smile.

Ruhanika,"Bhaiya, Shiv?"

Rajveer,"Abhi kuch nahi pata Bhabhi. Treatment chal raha hai."

After around another hour, the doctors came out of the OT.

They were quickly surrounded by the family.

Doctor,"Humnein unki saari injuried treat kar di hai. Unke sar ki chot bohot gehri thi aur unka left hand bohot zyada injured ho gaya tha. Chances hai ki unka left hand paralyze ho sakta hai."

Rajveer,"Doctor, Bhai ko hosh kab aayega?"

Doctor,"Unke sar par chot bohot zyada gehri thi. Kuch keh nahi sakte, agar agle 72 hours mein unhe hosh nahi aaya toh woh coma mein bhi jaa sakte hai."

Ruhanika gasped hearing his words.

Aarav,"Doctor, kya hum Bhai ko mil sakte hai?"

Doctor,"Abhi unhe room mein shift karenge uske baad. Take care."

After about half an hour,

Shivansh was shifted to a private ward.

Ruhanika was sitting by his side, Aarav had gone to the canteen and Rajveer was outside the ward talking to Parinidhi.

Ruhanika gently held Shivansh's hands which had an IV set attached to it and spoke,"Shiv, aap jaldi se uth jaiye na please. Dekhiye hum dono aapka intazaar kar rahe hai. Aapko pata hai aap Papa banne wale hai. Uth jaiye na ab."

While Ruhanika was talking to Shivansh, Aarav entered the room with a juice and a sandwich.

Aarav kept those on the table and came to Ruhanika. He knelt beside her and spoke,"Bhabhi, aaiye kuch kha lijiye aue juice pi lijiye."

Ruhanika,"Nahi."

Aarav,"Bhabhi, aapke liye nahi par aapke baby aur Bhai k liye. Bhai uthenge toh aapko hi daatenge na ki aapne kuch khaya nahi. Aur Bhabhi, baby ko bhook lagi hogi na?"

Tears fell from Ruhanika's eyes, which Aarav wiped. He then held her by her shoulders and brought her to the couch. He made her sit and sat besides her.

Aarav then made her eat the sandwich and gave her the juice. All the while, Ruhanika's eyes were fixed on Shivansh.

Rajveer entered the room and saw that Aarav had made Ruhanika eat something. He came and sat besides Ruhanika and kept his hand on her head. She did not even move her eyes from Shivansh.

Rajveer,"Bhabhi, aap Aarav k saath ghar jaiye, main hu yaha par. Raat ho gai hai."

Ruhanika,"Nahi Bhaiya, main Shiv ko chhod k nahi jaungi."

Rajveer,"Bhabhi..."

Ruhanika,"Nahi Bhaiya please."

Rajveer took her in a hug seeing her crying face.

Rajveer,"Thik hai Bhabhi, hum dono yahi rukenge. Aarav, tu ghar ja."

Aarav,"Thik hai Bhai. Kuch chahiye ho toh call kijiyega. Main subah aaunga, tab aap dono ghar jaa k fresh ho jana."

Rajveer nodded but Ruhanika spoke,"Main nahi jaungi yaha se Bhai please."

Rajveer nodded and spoke,"Aarav, Aaru se keh k Bhabhi k kapde yahi le aana, aur nashta bhi."
