Chapter 3 The Rumor Spreads
The news about He Nan Hang bothering me spread.
I sat by the window.
The whispers around me entered my ears.
"I heard Chen Wu is from the countryside, does he have fleas?"
"His hair is long and thick, so rustic."
"I heard from Class Two, he looked scared yesterday."
As it spread, in everyone's eyes.
I was introverted and easy to bully.
So, more people asked for help.
"Chen Wu, help me deliver the homework to the office."
"Hey, get me a drink too."
"Chen Wu, reserve the basketball court for me later."
I rehearsed the refusals but never said them.
I sighed in annoyance.
Then I flipped out of the window again and again.
Chi Jin's image at school differed from at home.
Good grades, few words, and liked sleeping.
Plus the school prince title.
Everyone thought he was mysterious.
But he was just acting.
At first, I politely asked Chi Jin to make way.
His tone was indifferent: "Making way every class wastes my time."
The speaker meant nothing, but the listener took it to heart.
Even Chi Jin's attitude toward me was like that.
Others bullied me even more openly.
For the tasks, I had to flip out the window.
Until the class representative asked me to deliver the teacher's USB to the lab.
But the USB had nothing relevant.
I was scolded by the teacher.
I was full of grievances with nowhere to vent.
I said: "This is the class representative's fault, I was just called to run errands."
The female teacher had a rural background.
She saw through it immediately.
Soon, the class representative was summoned.
Because of irresponsibility and bullying, he was scolded badly.
After school, the class representative blocked me.
"You took the black pot, what about it?"
The direct bullying was pushing.
I lowered my head, gripping the backpack straps tightly.
The class representative was furious, grinding his teeth.
A palm came at my face.
I closed my eyes.
No pain came.
A cold voice rang: "Do you still need to see the master when beating a dog?"
