Chapter 4 Chi Jin’s Arrival

The class representative's group became polite instantly.

They left with awkward laughter.

Chi Jin broke the silence.

"You got kicked by a donkey? Don't know how to fight back when bullied?"

This was Chi Jin's true face.

I pursed my lips and thanked him softly.

Chi Jin looked at me coldly: "Still not leaving?"

I was stunned and followed Chi Jin.

From that day, people asking for help decreased.

Because Chi Jin said it was autumn, he didn't let me open the window.

After figuring out Chi Jin's meaning.

No one asked me for errands anymore.

One evening during self-study.

I pushed the note to Chi Jin after thinking.

Thanks for helping me...

Although I said it before, I want to emphasize again. I have no feelings for you now or in the future, don't worry.

In Chi Jin's peripheral vision, he picked up a pen and wrote quickly.

The note came back.

I opened it nervously.

Surprisingly, there was no sarcasm from Chi Jin.

Just a puzzled sentence.

"You have a scent there, did you put on powder?"

For some reason, my ears felt hot.

I wrote the reason slowly.

Although it was deep autumn, there were still mosquitoes.

And I was the type to attract them.

So Grandpa had me make soap with mosquito repellent herbs.

It could mask the scent and reduce bites.

The herbs were a lot, probably floral scent.

Chi Jin nodded thoughtfully.

"Can you send me a piece?"

I was stunned.

"Okay."
