Chapter Six Lash

We finally arrive at the house and I see a few lights on. We shut the van lights off as we pull up. We park next to the truck. The prospect, Pete, is sitting in it and we walk up to him.

“What’s it looking like?” Terror asks as he steps up to the window.

“I’ve only seen about four men. They usually just have someone deliver food. The light on up on the second floor, I think that is where the kids are. It never shuts off and I see the door open a couple of times a day, usually after a food delivery. So at least they are feeding them.

I haven’t seen Dallas or Dash, so I can’t say what condition they are in. But I know they are being fed at least right now. I don’t know if that room has a bathroom, I don’t know a lot, brother. But from what I see there are not a bunch of men here.

It is like they are just keeping some men here to keep an eye on the kids. I don’t think any of them are the leader or anyone close to being in charge.”

We all nod and look at the rundown farmhouse.

I start heading forward without stopping to wait for anyone.

My kids are in there and I’m sure as fuck that they are scared.

I walk up the step and I hear my brothers behind me as I walk up to the door and kick it in.

Then as we walk in the house three men wearing Acid MC cuts run out with their guns pointed.

I had mine drawn already and I’m positive my brothers do too.

I pull my gun up and shoot one of the men in the leg and the arm.

While my brothers do the same to the other two.

I then hear little kids screaming from upstairs and I take off running up the stairs.

I come to a room where there is a light on and the door is open as I approach the door and look inside the last mother fucker has his gun trained on my kids.

“DADDDDDDDDYYYY!” Dallas screams as she has tears falling down her face. Dash is standing with himself in front of her so that the gun is trained solely on him. My little four year old boy and my sweet little four year old princess have a gun trained at them.

“Look buddy, I thought this was a fucked up idea, but our pres wants your territory. I just want to walk to fuck out of here. Let me go and I’ll let them go.”

“Never planned on taking you out here asshole, put the fucking gun down.”

He takes a minute of hesitation and begins to lower the gun.

I do not want to fire my weapon in front of the kids.

I do not know what they have seen since they’ve been here.

I don’t know what they saw when their grandma died.

As the guy starts to lower his gun I rush him and tackle him to the floor.

I hear the kids scream in the background and cry.

Then I hear them scream and cry calling for their papa, their Uncle Luca and Uncle Tanner.

I continue to beat this guy until he is unconscious.

He did not put up much of a fight. From what he said he wasn’t really invested in doing anything for this club he is a part of after they went a little rogue.

I grab the zip tie from Grim and I hogtie the asshole that held a gun to my kids.

I look over at the brothers that are with us and look at Riot, “Put this asshole in the truck with the prospect and the others. Get him out of here.”

The other members that came with us are all huddled around the kids.

Dallas is clinging to Bulldog and Dash is holding on to both Thorn and Terror.

I walk over to them first and grab Dash and he jumps into my arms and I can feel tears coming down his eyes.

I am going to tear up too. I look over at Dallas and she is crying as well, but she is showing no signs of letting go of her papa.

So I walk over to her and rub her back while I hold onto Dash.

I look her in the eyes, “You okay, baby girl?”

“Mished you, daddy. Mish mama. Can we go home?”

“I missed you too. I missed both of you so much. We are going to take you to see Doc at the hospital, okay?”

She nods her head and squeezes Bulldog. I look over at Terror and ask him to text Savage and Blade to get Sophie over to the hospital. We all head out the door and I turn around to Thorn as he is getting the dynamite ready to blow this fucking shit up.

Terror looks at me, “The other boys at the other places met a little bit more of a challenge than we did. From what I’ve been told there were more men at the warehouses. Shit kind of turned into a bit of a shootout. They didn’t find any of their council members.

Which is fucked up because we still need to find them to try and stop whatever the hell this is. But we can talk about all this later, let's get the kids to the hospital so Doc can look at them.”

Looking at both Dash and Dallas you can tell they haven’t been bathed since they were taken, they are dirty and they smell awful, but I could care less because I am just so thankful to have them back in my arms.

I let Bulldog climb into the van with Dallas first and then I climb in after her, followed by Terror, Grim and Reaper.

Thorn climbs into the driver seat and starts the van up.

Terror looks at me, “I got in touch with Savage and Blade, they said Sophie is a mess with worry. She’s stressing herself out. I told them to get her to the hospital. I’m sure they are going to want to keep the kids overnight and honestly,

with the way Sophie has been they are probably going to want to keep her to monitor the baby.”

Dallas lifts her head at that and looks at me, “Mama’s got a baby in her belly?”

Bulldog looks at her and gives her a kiss on her temple and rests his forehead on her shoulder as I look at her. “Yeah baby, you're going to have another little brother or little sister, is that okay?”

She looks at me and smiles and reaches over to my face and grabs my cheeks with her little hands and gives me a big kiss. “I so excited, daddy. Fank you for coming to get us.”

I start to cry and rub my hand over Dash who is still in my lap and then with my other hand I run it down her cheek. “I’ll always come for you, baby girl. Always. Nobody is going to ever take you guys away from us again, okay?”

I’m pretty sure this whole van is crying and we hear a big bang and I know that that fucked up house is no more.

We all are quiet on the way to the hospital and I am anxious to get there.

This trip seems to be taking forever. All I know is that now that I have the twins back, I’m going to be making sure that Sophie and I get our relationship back on track, by the time we meet our new little bundle of love.
