20. Tyson

TYSON

I woke that morning to an obnoxious text from Vance. It was a picture of a luxurious living room, familiar legs on his lap, a donut and coffee. Fuck him. After throwing my phone across the room I laid there until my phone started to blow up with messages from Vance and the guys from the gym.

First it was pictures of Adelaide and I, then it was pictures of Vance and Adelaide.

THEN it was videos and articles speculating almost everything.

Throuple, cheating, secretly married in vegas, gambling ploys for Vance’s fights, gold digger.

Us not Adelaide. Then pictures of a mansion started to show up, which I put together that it was her house.

When I got to her house, I saw Vance’s car and a woman screaming at the reporters. This wouldn’t help.

“JUST LEAVE HER ALONE!” The woman yelled.

“Are you in the throuple?” A snotty reporter shoved a mic in my face.

Someone else stepped up, “What’s your name?”

“Is Adelaide a lesbian?” A man shoved a camera in my face.

“Did you date Vance or Tyson?” Someone grabbed the woman's arm and she shrieked.

This wasn’t good and this woman wasn’t helping. I got off my bike and shouldered the woman up, “Shut up.” I grit out and knocked on the front door.

“TYSON!” A reporter yelled as I walked into the beautiful house. Well, there was no going back now. Their voices muffled as I closed the door behind me.

I deposited the woman in the entryway and she batted me away. “Jesus christ on a cracker!” She shrieked. I creased my brows at her. Who was this and why was she so obnoxious?

“You must be Sophia.” Vance said smugly, leaning in the entry. I did a double take before addressing the shrill woman. I’d deal with him in a minute.

“Oh, the velvety voice from earlier. How are you so delicious on the phone and in person.” She whipped around and looked at me now. “And you! A fucking giant and equally as beautiful.”

I looked at Vance and he was shirtless in his briefs. “Why the fuck don’t you have clothes on? And you're answering Adelaide’s door like that? With cameras outside?”

“Well, first of all, to have the night we did, you don’t need clothes.” Sophia’s eyes kept bouncing between the two of us. “Second, I didn’t want to lounge around in jeans like an animal.”

“Fucking idiot. Put on pants.” I shoved him away.

“He doesn’t need to.” Sophia didn’t shy away from letting her eyes look Vance up and down, then me. “You could actually get to his level.” She was bold, which I’d normally play along with. Right now, I am irritated.

“SOPHIA. Kitchen. Now.” Adelaide called from where she was hiding. Sophia turned and walked away, finally.

“You were wrong.” Vance said happily. He had his jeans on now, they weren’t buttoned though. Just hanging on his hips and I itched to zip them up myself, but that would be too much right now.

“How so?”

“My shrimp dick worked well, and multiple times.” He laughed. Oh. That.

“I’m sure.” I rolled my eyes.

“I’m still here aren’t I?” He stepped towards me. “You didn’t get past noon. It’s 12:01 and I’m still fucking here.” I saw what he was trying to do and I wouldn’t fall for it. Not here and around this much press.

Vance turned on his heel and walked towards the kitchen and I followed. This fucking asshat thought he got me. He was irritatingly persistent. I’m confident that’s why he was still at Adelaide’s house.

Adelaide was standing in the kitchen looking annoyed.

I sat down by Vance and waited for her to even acknowledge me.

She only looked me up and down, and said something to Sophia before walking off.

But not before barking an order to look through social media.

My research was done and Vance just shrugged and put his phone down.

Sophia looked between us. “So, both of you? And her?”

“Not at the same time.” Vance said proudly, “But yes.”

“Lucky fucking bitch.” Sophia’s eyes landed back on me. “I bet your cock is fucking huge too.”

I just looked at her. Vance started to laugh now. “It should be in a zoo.” He laughed. I did not have the patience for this today. “It even comes with its own ring.” For fuck’s sake.

“And you…” She scanned up and down Vance again. “A fucking model. Damn.”

“Why thank you.” He pretended to be embarrassed, fanning himself. This was his normal flirting, but I didn’t miss how his eyes kept going to the doorway where Adelaide disappeared.

“Does her pussy have some kind of magic powers I should look into?”

This caused Vance to nearly fall off his stool in laughter. “Definitely.”

“Sophia I swear to god if you asked about either of their dicks I’m kicking you out.” Adelaide turned the corner, looking a bit more relaxed. She locked eyes with me. “Hey Ty.”

I would love to say that I played it cool, but I did not. I stood up, backed her against the counter and grabbed her chin. “Are you okay?”

“I’m fine Ty. I promise.” She answered under her breath. I think I surprised her, which I sure as hell hope so. I didn’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

I couldn’t say what I wanted right here, right now, but I wrapped her in a tight hug and kissed the top of her head. “Can we do anything?”

“How’s your ex wife with publicity?” She said quietly and my stomach felt like it dropped out through my asshole.
