Chapter 10 The Confused Senior

After making sure he had left.

A sigh of relief appeared, but also a sense of incongruity.

I had imagined Xie Yiran's reaction.

Maybe a cold laugh, maybe contempt, maybe mockery.

But I didn't expect him to look so upset.

The senior sent me to the bottom of the dormitory building.

When we parted, he hesitated and called me back.

"Little sister, did you quarrel with your boyfriend?"

I shook my head.

"He's not my boyfriend."

The senior looked puzzled.

"But I saw him."

"???"

He said it was during one late night self-study in my freshman year.

He saw Xie Yiran.

The senior scratched his head awkwardly.

"At the time, I wanted to ask for your contact information, but I didn't dare to go up. I followed you for a while."

"He patted my shoulder and asked why I was following my girlfriend. I gave up."

"So he wasn't your boyfriend?"

I was stunned and didn't know what to say.

The senior looked at me for a while and smiled knowingly.

"I think you two should talk properly."

"Bye."

He waved and left.

This conversation kept me tossing and turning all night, unable to sleep.

Xie Yiran had come to our school.

Without me knowing at all.

He even claimed to be my boyfriend.

What was going on!
