Dubai Chocolate Mixture
I ngredients:
1/2 cup of Pistachio Cream
1 Tbsp. Tahini
1 1/2 cup Kataifi (shredded Phyllo dough)
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
4oz. milk chocolate
Instructions:
On medium heat, melt shredded phyllo dough in a sauce pan with unsalted butter. Stir until golden and crispy.
Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Do this in 20 second increments depending on your microwave power.
Mix phyllo with Tahini, Pistachio cream, and chocolate.
Spread over warm langos or add to fig and feta cookies(on next pg.)
