I stare down at the grave right next to my parents’ plots, his name in bold text thanks to Tate. The portal had been ready when I woke up, and I stepped through to find this.

It’s a grave for my brother—a place to come to so I can pay my respects and remember him alongside my parents. I know he is buried in the field Zeev took us to, but this is a physical marker for him and my family, and I’m thankful for it.
